Took the Bay Tour . Awesome trip under the Golden Gate (superb views ) and around Alcatraz. Look into getting a CityPass if your touring SFO. includes this tour , public transit, and other SFO locations.

If you have time to spare,take a cruise ard the bay . You'll see the golden bridge and the rock up and close. Check the weather and you'll enjoy the scenic views ! Takes abt near to an hour.

Organizes a one hour boat trip in the Bay that gives you a nice view of Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz ! Be prepared with warmer clothes and/or a scarf , on the top deck is getting pretty windy.

Make sure you book in advance for goin for to Alcatraz especially if you want to go on the weekends.Night tours apparently a few weeks/months in advance.

for an exciting time on the bay and great views , take the Rocket Boat tour ! Bring your rain gear though you may get wet. Sit forward, that's the bow of the boat, to stay dry.

Beautiful views during this trip on a wheelchair accessible boat. However, the interior of the boat needs an upgrade.

Cash only snacks and drinks and they don't let you know before boarding. The pedicabs have figured out how to take a debit card but Blue & Gold hasn't joined the 21st century yet.

Don't waste battery on shooting pics of Alcatraz on the way out, you'll get much closer on the return, likewise with the Golden Gate bridge & SF Coastline...

Line starts to form about 20-25 minutes before each launch. Plan accordingly.

Sit near the back as you take off and near the front when you return for the best views ...
