Make an appointment if you don't want to wait around for 2 hours.. Other than that, the process was fast and efficient. bring ALL necessary paperwork. I was able to get my passport that afternoon

Easy to find, great customer service and little to no waiting.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. I did not get the result I wanted on that day but an agreeable solution to a problem I had presented at my appointment .

Make sure you bring EVERYTHING you might possibly need. They will send you away and make you reschedule. Also, make friends with the security guards , they are people too :)

I think the armed officers are as polite as can be! No eating drinking cell talking, text ok. Very efficient staff today, everyone. Worth the trip from Parkville MD.

Come in with 2 different IDs, copy of your travel plans and copies of all other documents needed. Also, make sure to smile and nod.

Get here between 8 AM & 10 AM for optimal "walk-in service". Otherwise, you're left with an excruciating experience!!

Arrive early, people start lining up round 7am. Be sure to bring in more documentation then they ask for, just in case.

Be sure you fill-in your forms before you get in line . Do everything except the signature - and then see if they want you to sign it in front of them.

Get here at/before 6 to be able to make it in without an appt.

The early bird catches the worm but the one whom forgets a page to the application documents gets F'd in the A.

Have your photo and forms prior. CVS couple blocks away does passport photos for $10

If your passport application is not in the system by NOON you may not get your passport until the NEXT DAY!!! Would have been handy to mention when making the appointment …

Park on the street and use the parkmobile app. Nice.

I am convinced that the primary duty of the guards here is to make the experience as excruciating as possible. They do that job quite well .

Why make an appointment if still have wait around for 2 hours. The process is broken.

Customer service is horrid here. You may have to pay multiple visits to get your passport because people don't seem to be competent here.

Watch out for the overpriced photo place next door, get it at CVS for half the cost.

Appears this office opens at 9 am instead of 8 am on Wed. Doesn't say this on their listed hours of course.

The time of appointment is not enforced, despite the harsh printed warning that we would be sent away if we were 15 min late.
