Always crowded , sometime it takes very long time to pay money. The staff is very friendly and can speak English, it is very good.

You never know where you are in the world once you are inside. They have one store here and another one just one subway ride away on #2 line on the other side of the river !

If you need a genius for your Mac, ask for Jerry. He is the best, he could find any tricky problem. And it turned to be a real Christmas in September, since they fixed it for FREE. Thank you!

Apple store East Nanjing rd has third floor, basement and 1st floor for sales, 3rd floor for genius and backup files service.

This place is huge - cripes, they must sell a ton of phones here! ????

It is always crowded , especially on weekend because of perfect location.

Probably the most crowded Apple Store in Shanghai . Always too many people to buy something or even ask a question.

There are three floors, the top floor is tuck away inside the mall , usually more quiet , where you can get some quiet one to one time with the machine...

The word for this shop is CROWDED. Don't even think about touching a device!!

Don't buy Apple stuff in China , it's more expensive than in States and even Russia. If you can buy Apple toys in Hong Kong, it's 20-25% cheaper. Or via Taobao.

Worst experience ever for warranty service. Infamous proximity sensor problem of iPhone 5 made me try 2 hours of call, then standing 2 hours in the line just for make reservation . WTF?!
