East Nanjing Road is a fun place to eat and shop, but if a pretty girl asks to practice her English - Don’t go with her! You’ll end up at a tea house drinking the most expensive tea on the planet. ????

The main iconic shopping road in Shanghai, one of the busiest in the world! about 5.5 km long, there's endless shops and restaurants to choose from! sadly no fancy cool Malls or street foods

WOW is the word that aptly describes this neighborhood . It's teeming w/ life, dizzyingly bright , & obnoxiously loud . Best place to people watch & of course, shop. Love it!

It is the Oxford Street of Shanghai. Always so crowded and full of scammers. The view is always better at night so come after dark!

Fun place to wander around. Has all the big stores you'd expect (H&M, Forever 21, Sephora, etc. etc.)

If you are a white guy walking solo, expect to be hit up for "massage " all the time. Very annoying. First they offer a woman, then a boy. Not interested thanks, doesn't seem to be enough of a no.

You can easily notice Uyghur Turks at the street, they sell handmade things, and they are not "puny" as Chinese people. All expensive stuff and crowded is available here.
