Whatever you do just go online and make an appointment or print whatever application form via the net then come here and submit. It will speed up the process so much faster

all the seats are taken today. quite a lot people are standing up. apparently not because a lot of applicants come today, but also bcos they're bringing all their family members here.

The que hear starts at 7..and it's gets quite long..the door opens a few minutes before 8..... Being early by an hour in the morning Saves you two

ICA is one of the most screw up gov dept I ever countered. Facepalm! I dare to say this cos I saw so many flaw in their communication n their system!

Not true of post on ICA as horrible or chaotic. It's the most efficient n orderly place ever! Staff are friendly professional n system runs smoothly. Some people have no idea how fortunate they are

You can take ID photos on every floor. The higher floors are 4 photos for $5 compared to $5.35 on lower floors (as of July 2012)

Come b4 430pm.don't come on the dot 430pm or else get ready to get turn down by d officer to come back the next day..IC is done on the spot within the most an hour

Passport Renewal do it online, Collection date n time do it online. Collection before 12pm, Weekdays took less than 10mins.

Walk in for collection of passport can be 3 hours of waiting without appt UNLESS u come early in the morning ! Make ur passport early n avoid school holiday period !

Use iCollect service. fast and convenient. Remember make appointment online .

Good service by officer but waiting time for your turn take time even though appointment has been made

Countrr service has gotten faster. Parking is very limited, so better to take mrt to Lavender station.

Service is great but if you arrive after 9 am you will have to wait a lot

Amazed at the speed of service - collected my passport within 5 mins of arriving. But probably helps to make appointment first.

It's a lot faster if you do it online and then collect when done.

Qs are long but are considered to move fast given the number of people.

Yup. They aren't kidding about making an appointment . Expect to forgo 1~2 hours of your life if you don't take out 5 mins to make an appointment .

IC collection was super fast on Tuesday morning. Took queue #, walked in & my number was on the board already!

The NRIC collection at level 3 counter 2 was super fast. In and out of ICA in 10 minutes!

Yes, I have made an appointment online , was late 10 mins but I got my passport in 10 mins. It was a breeze... And I got it settled over lunch time!

Come in the morning, definitely less ppl! 15mins and I was done!

Come during non-peak and be prepared to wait anyway.

Come here on weekday off peak hour. Saves you time. :)

Avoid Monday, Friday and Saturday as it usually very crowded and have to wait for long hour!
