The key is to get there before 2pm and tell them you'd like to get your passport on the same day, just make sure you've your IC, completed application form & photos ready before you get in the queue.
If you get a 'jutexx' officer go back line up again until you get a nicer officer and get all the answer you need menyebalkannnnnnnnn
