Absolutely the best Gym in Utah! Friendly staff , play is always clean and equipment is always working. Not crowded , no grunters or meat heads, just a great place to get in a great workout.
Ladies, I call this machine the thigh high maker. Don't make eye contact with strangers when using.. Awkward... ;)
Don't expect to get a towel or locker if you come after work. They're usually out of both from 5-7.

Outdoor 50m pool open from May-ish to mid October-ish. Beautiful views, esp. in AM. If u are looking to lap swim in summer, stay clear from 4-6, kids team takes over the pool and open lanes fill up. - Aaron Dewald
