Always busy after 7 because of the location (right off metro) but the line moves pretty quickly. The Baristas are much more friendly than most of the other Starbucks in the CBD.

The staff are great, but the space is SMALL. Besides the original Starbucks in Pike's Market , I have yet to see one this little. There are only seven spots.

Great staff in the mornings. It's a hotel Starbucks so it doesn't always accept the free drinks or other coupons real Starbucks accept.

I recommend sticking with coffee in the morning. Getting a bagel or any other warm breakfast items is a crapshoot.

Small space; not a good working space. But the employees are great and they run a ridiculously well oiled machine.

This is a very tiny Starbucks, but the staff is friendly and efficient .

Besides the low quality coffee , no barist training what so ever! For instance, ask for a cappuccino and a latte , you'll see they do the same shit...

It took 10 mins for me to get my bagel here yesterday, but today it took 45 secs; this location is a total hit or miss when it comes to the efficiency you'd expect of a Starbucks in the city at 8am

Slowest, most disorganized store. Always have tons of staff but screw up the order - and I'm talking simple drip coffee .

Walk around the corner to another one. Staff barely speaks english, frequently botches the simplest orders, and then gets pissy when a refund is requested. AVOID AT ALL COST.

If you want a refill avoid this one, they're likely to give you the "it's been over an hour, you left the building and you have to pay full price" line .

Avoid this Starbucks! They get simple orders wrong, and those simple orders can take forever without being botched.

This location struggles. Half the time rewards systems down, most of the time just bad slow service.
