Starbucks at Target JC is either mellow or very lively on weekends with families. Staff is friendly and attentive. A nice break from shopping in-store at Target.
It's a nice place to buy some "fuel" for yourself.
I will admit the the service leaves a little to be desired, but the line is usually very short . This is good when you're trying to get in and out.
