food is at par with other outlets. servers (foreign) need to pay more attention to diners. local employees were attentive though. it's ok for sakae lovers who want to satisfy their cravings
Ordered sashimi and it came uneven cut, soggy, rubbery and frozen with FAKE leave. Dirty cutleries. Go downstairs to Rakuzen, they provide better environment, food and service. Not coming back!!
