Another experience, ordered unagi set from 1230pm and ended up waited for one hour for it to arrive!
Well the food is good! Its pricey , but I think the food justifies the price. :) I think the place is a little too cramp though, and can get noisy when its full house!
It's a Saturday evening, packed of people but Rakuzen still get all food served in less than 20 minutes. Yummy ...

Waiter forgot my order BOTH TIME I VISITED. You have to check your order progress otherwise just be sitting there stupidly waiting for NOTHING cause your order NEVER BEEN PLACED. BAD SERVICE, SLOW.
The food was good but my parents had food poisoning few hours after eating. We ended up in 24 hours clinic at 2am

Very slow service despite that it is not packed. Waited almost an hour for chicken teriyaki set lunch .
