You can count on lululemon for free water, clean restrooms , a place to sit, and overpriced yoga gear ????????♀️
Mostly friendly staff . Not too helpful for a husband doing gift shopping though.
Be sure to check the sale rack!! Got some cool shirts for just $29!!
Love the (over-priced but uber chic 'n comfy ) Yoga & Pilates duds here. Where else you gonna find 12 varieties of Yoga/Pilates/Excercise mats?
Most places have the standard 3mm yoga mats but they have the 4mm - just as light but slightly cushier!
Lying on back and supporting thigh behind knee slowly straighten knee until stretch felt in the back of thigh
The TaTa Tamer is worth every penny ladies.
