Wow very crowded store, means good business, too small for the area actually, they need to expand to serve the growing buzz, it's a bit overwhelming for a first timer in the apple store. But all ????

Came in here for a new charger . I was expecting to have to wait in line to pay $100 for a new one but they replaced it right away for free! Sasha and Daniel were very attentive and helpful.

Went in for repairs and a nice guy at the Genius Bar gave me a free battery instead of charging me. Extremely crowded and can be annoying so make sure to make appointments for troubleshooting

It's like Disney Island to me! It's always busy but the staff always make you feel welcomed. Love it ????

No matter what they sell you will buy. Even if they change a button. We’re Apple slaves.

They allow you to charge your iphone on the display phone charger ports and honestly its better than your average charger it took my phone from 1% to 35 % in like 3 minutes

If you're buying an iPhone as a gift , be aware to use the upgrade price it WILL deactivate the persons line immediately.
