I needed help finding something, but didn't want to interrupt the staff who were ALL having tea time chat with each other. I also definitely saw a female employee HIT a male employee.

Staff unmotivated towards assisting guests. Many act as if this was an Apple store. Someone needs to give them a reality check. Apple cares about their feedback and customers. Going, going, gone. Bye.

Horrific service. Called ahead to see if they had a Mophie case for my phone. Spent $20 in cab fare to pick it up. Arrived and was told it couldn't be found. Paying another $20 to go back to my hotel .

ONE customer service agent on a Saturday and 11 people in line . That says it all. Terrible service here.

They usually don't have what you are looking for. They will suggest expensive less powerful alternatives. And then they will be "sorry" they can't help you. Blah.

Worse best buy ever! There's no customer service at all! Employers sent you one place to another in order NOT to help you! Bunch of lazy people

Dont buy HDMI cables here..... Way overpriced, go right to "five below" all HDMI is the same don't get ripped off :-)
