Beautiful property! Make sure you're a Select Guest member. It's free, and you get complimentary wifi plus other amenities . And if you can, stay on the 16th or 17th floor , the Club lounge 's fantastic!

The beds and pillows are extremely soft. Beautiful scenery all over the entire hotel . The only problem is, there are no close food places within walking distance of the hotel , and cu friendly ATMs.

If you can’t get an upgrade, see about Club access, where the free breakfast & dinner are great. Be sure to check out the surprisingly good fitness center & underutilized pool.

The view of California Plaza and DTLA is so nice! Love the staff and amenities too.

Very clean with attentive staff . Food and service is good with plenty to do downtown.

Great place for events in their banquet halls. Banquet food was decent, especially the steak and desserts , but need 2 update sound systems .

You can take their courtesy town car to the theater or a restaurant and they will pick you up.

Nice place to stay if you have business in Downtown...better than the Westin for sure and priced better as well

The perfect hotel ! We had a great stay. Just do don’t room service - it’s a major rip off.

Select Guest is a must. Also, never buy coffee from the "Starbucks" place on the 3rd floor. Trash.

Perfect hotel and great pizza . You cant go wrong.

If you're going to Staples Center, it's not hard to take the subway, just confusing. Take the Angels Flight down to Grand, take the subway from Pershing to 7th St, transfer to Gold, get off at Pico .

The free downtown car service is so convenient. Just call the concierge to reserve your time and the car will be waiting for you.

Slippery bathroom rugs; slim tiles when you're in socks. Valet parking only. Great staff ! Very friendly . Very nice place.

Valet was slow when I stayed @ this place but overall the stay was awesome!
