Just used this as a stopping point on a ride along the Cook's River Cycleway. The wharf at the end is a great spot to stop for a nibble and a drink
Fabulous location, and very friendly staff , but surprisingly very very busy during the week for lunch , so not ideal if you're just after a quick bite . Can only imagine sheer chaos on a weekend.
Free parking and picnic area right next to the river . Plus the armoury cafe is good for a coffee .
On the weekends you can play Disc/Frisbee Golf for free! Full 9 or 18 "holes " and it's fun, challenging and frustrating all at the same time. Read more
Hire a bike and ride along parramatta river ! Or if you feel ambitious try a hike around the bird sanctuary.
