Room was nice, but definitely a little pricey . My room had a great unobstructed view of the city , but it was next to the elevator which I could hear going up and down all night.

Will Hampton

Rooms are rooms :) - like anywhere you get what you pay for, your downtown New Orleans, streach a little on the budget; and truly enjoy your stay! (Try rooms like 1714 or 1514... Awesome!!!)

Gunsey

Nice lobby ...verry small rooms- and they've got the art of nickel and diming down. $30 per day for parking , $12 for wifi . You're only paying for location here (which is great).

Kevin B.

Nice staff and very accommodating. Get a room on 19 if you can- it's so quiet you can hear a pin drop and nice views . The food is OK but your just a block or two away to food at the FQ.

Ronnie C. III

Nice, classy hotel . Great service & cleanliness. The elevators are REALLY slow. Request a room on the 18th floor so you can have access to the club lounge on the 19th. Overall, great place & location.

DON'T ask for champange to be ready upon arrival. It will be late, and if you're planning a surprise you won't be happy. DO ask for a room on the 19th floor as it's really nice and quiet up there.

Joseph Bulger

The church next door has nice bells that widely announce the time... if you find that feature enjoyable while sleeping, this is your place

Walt Vernooy

Great hotel & good service . They were very attentive during hurricane gustav and just friendly during the recent visit. 2 thumbs up

AstraMalee

Their suites are very spacious . And the lobby is tastefully done. Very nice hotel . Shall be coming back very soon.

Cherolyn R

Nice service and rooms. Didn't have noise or small room as others. Room was comparable to the "preferred" room at Hotel Monteleone we had the night before. Renaissance had a more modern style .

Wassel M

location is what makes it for this hotel every this is walking distance, service is ok. Elevators situation is not the best. Over all good value for your money

LaDonna R.

Great location. Nice lobby . Small pool.

Kate Thomas

Make sure if you need more than one bed to call ahead and confirm it. I made the mistake of not doing this and am now stuck with a 3 in 1 situation.

Brian Cooper

Great hotel within walking distance to the French Quarter. Awesome.

Hai Nguyen

Talk to chris at the bar an have him make you a drink and watch a master at work. He's a founding member of the museum of the American cocktail .

Leanne Brunache

Very beautiful hotel staff is very nice however the beds are very small and you can't get a roll away bed either

Emilio C

Cozy hotel super close to the quarter.

Rhonda

Great hotel but don't ask for directions! Gave us wrong directions twice!

Chris

Good hotel with a good location near the FQ.

LaDawn Penigar-Mitchell

Customer service is supbar but great location downtown!

Jenni Prokopy

Have Chris make you a sazerac . They're the best I've ever had, and he's a legendary mixologist .

Chris Ellis

Nice, comfortable rooms . Outdoor pool is small (no lap swimming ) but relaxing at the end of a long day.

Rhonda Chube

This hotel gave me life!!!!beautiful!!!

Joe Murphy

Watch out for the back left elevator . It's fast doors will get ya!

Daniel Wanderman

In need of a bathroom ? Second floor has a delightful spot for you!

J Bitton

Nice rooms, great beds, and quaint pool.

Cy Zibrik

If I paid $249 a night rack rate and was asked to pay $12.95 more daily for room internet access, I'd be pissed. Even at less than rack, that's ridiculous.

Awesome Pimm's Cup and Jane Doe unbelievable skill at making a drink!

Julie Davidson

Beautiful hotel and location but Room 601 WAY too close to elevators .

julie casey

No changes or substitutions allowed for any menu items. Does that mean its pre-prepared?

Frank Lizzadro

Some rooms are very small. If you get one, check out. They might try to lie and say all the rooms are small.

Amanda C.

A nice place where potheads like to congregate.

Christopher Davis

No coffee in room. Pretty weak for a 4 star. Otherwise decent place given rate I got from Priceline.

Jason Wright

Nice rooms. Bad TV reception. Room 501 was a little too close to the elevators .
