Westgate Vacation Villas Resort & Spa

It was a terrible resort , but my family and I made the best of it. There was no free wifi for our 15 people trip , it was limited to one device and it still costs $10. Multiple problems at this resort

I rented 2; 1 brm suites for 2 nts for a total of $206. Tomorrow morning I will get a 60 min sales pitch to buy a time share . I got these rooms from the hotwire travel site. ($50 per nt / per rm).

Had a wonderful time here and the kids had a blast. If your not interested in a time share then do the come here and leave comments about them trying to sale you a place.

Finding food here is not a problem although after 11 you will have to find something outside. Its good for families and couples trying to get away for a bit.

The worst experience possible..they charge you fee for receiving every packages.limited wifi for one device ..fee for every activity and very bad guest services

Beware of the annoying sells people and don't get suckered in.

All the people here care about is money and you buying a villa from them. This place is awful!

Don't expect a luxury resort .

What a rip-off . Friendly people working in service but their company policies are a real scam.

Avoid the sales pitches .

It took 5.5 hours for my family to be given a room key. Pathetic! Everyone apologized but we weren't even provided passes to their onsite water park for the stress and inconvenience that they caused.
