I have just about had it with their "welcome home" phony come-ons. They throw you a few crappy little discounts on some things and expect you to think they are wonderful.

Make sure you bring the kitchenware/cookware you need because they seem to lack the most important ones. Thank God our RV was parked in their lot so I could get the things I needed in order to cook.

Great place to stay. Our check in was a breeze. Room was nice and clean and so spacious . Just what we needed. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We love it here. Units are great. Sure some problems but you have that anywhere. We feel blessed we have been coming here for years. Love it & it is 5 weeks at a time. always accommodate us.

The actual resort is very nice. The downside is that the 90 minute tour actually last 3 hours. The sales pitch is overly aggressive and draining. I wish I had paid more to avoid the tour .

It’s a con If you’ve owned here for a while you’ll understand. Talk to actual owners. If you want a unit here PLEASE buy a resale they lose 50-60% value by 2nd year. resale units available under $10k

Wireless is terribly slow, cable TV is sub-par at best, appliances in rooms are mostly entry level junk, cabinets adhesive treatments are peeling off. Everything is poorly maintained.

Wonderful Resort . You don't even have to leave to have fun. The amenities are AWSOME a lot of free things to do

Be careful with the salespeople when you check in. My Dad is an owner and last night a salesman deceived him out of 20 dls for "card renewal", but in reality it was for a breakfast and sales pitch .

Hospitality is great, convenient to parks , and great activities and services on premises.

U can see fireworks from Disney in this bldg. Higher the floor better the view , also close to pool #13,& activity center

Stayed at the Westgate Town Center again... Great accomodations, quiet ...loved it!

If you're checking in here, like me, you've probably already been swindled. Enjoy paying taxes on land you'll never own. The diminishing returns are astounding.

They've been listening to the feedback! Check-in was a breeze, and free wifi for owners! Very happy with our service!

There is free wifi but only one device, per password, can be connected at a time... sucks when there's more then one person, with more then one device, in the room(s)

Damn! The guys who drive the golf carts are completely morons. They drive like crazy and don't respect the pedestrian!

Great place to stay did the 90 min tour to get free perks however turned into 2 hr had to finally put my foot down and tell them we are not buying.

Entry Point Road (at the fountain just before the gate) is a back road into the Disney parks . Take advantage of it if you are driving.

You need to pay to use their wifi . I couldnt even use my cell for internet browsing because there is NO service in any of the rooms! It took them 4 days to give us our pass to use the activities here!

Do not buy a timeshare here… What the sales people will never let you know is that a timeshare is impossible to sell..If you do the math, you will be paying over $1000 to stay here for a week

We bought Las Vegas 2bdrm and first time here. Grounds and staff were wonderful

We traded our week someplace else and love it!!! Coming back here again!!!

Free wi fi Rocks! Last time we were here, there was a fee (two years ago).

Restrooms are stranger, jacuzzi in the middle of the master room.... Bathroom are not comfortable ????????

DO NOT do the resort tour/timeshare sales presentation. It's worth paying 3x for park tickets. I've never felt more duped by sleezy sales people before and it's 2.5 hrs of my life I'll never get back.

They put us in the wrong room at check-in then after we returned from dinner our keys didn't work to the room we checked in but to the adjacent room...bottom line they gave us the one we checked into

Lots of dead zones with Internet connections 1 bar at best sometimes .I already purchased from them and always refuse to upgrade

Wifi sucks. Nice place. Golf cart drivers think they are on Daytona Speedway. We hope to be back.

The decor is very 80's! I wouldnt get a timeshare here. I would rather pay through hotels .com you get a much better price!

WORST SERVICE. Made us wait 3 hours in line from 1-4am to check in. Our room wasn't ready so they put us in smaller rooms, then kicked us out the next day by deactivating our keys and locking us out.

Try to get the upper level. The loft is so much fun!

I would never recommend this location to anyone..... ever! We started out trip by checking in (this took almost 45 minutes) after a 12 hour drive only to find the room had no water. rude staff

The restaurant workers were beyond ride, drinks were not good at all. The "pool bar " didn't even open the bar , had to go all the way across the resort for another bar . Saw 2-3 roaches a day in my room

No free wifi , called 3x for things wrong with the room, golf carts everywhere and a lobby that's much like a zoo . We got a dishwasher replaced with one that was not plugged in. Stay elsewhere.

Shuttle to Epcot Center Departs at 8:50am and 11:40am. Returns at 5:30pm and 9:35pm

Feed the ducks ! Count yer fingers when yer done though, make sure they're all there.

The wifi sucks so much that when you have full bars , nothing loads. It's takes 10 mins to load a 1 min video

The raving reviews are from staff , have no doubts. Never own cheaper off website. Buy off eBay or foreclosed if going to anyway. Slow service, ghetto patrons.

Sales pitch is a joke, nothing like 500 car salesman thinking they're the greatest thing ever. Plan 3-4 hours for the "90 min" spill.
