Sitting under the bridge can be nice on a warm evening. It does get very busy so pick your time. The door staff have always been cheerful and helpful: some of the best.
One of the few places in London that serves courgette flowers! Excellent menu, interesting cocktails . Not pretentious .
If you're here for lunch , then the Earl Grey with lemon is lush. Try the sausage rolls . If here later, Grolsch Blond is amaze, as is the Pimms. Read more
Leave work promptly to get a comfy sofa ... The're all gone by 17:10...
The vanilla bean margarita and the chicken breast with strawberry salad were genius. The focaccia not so much
Very good burger , nice & friendly service 8.5/10
Great cocktails . Good wine list & decent food & bar menu
I had forgotten how churlish the service is here - every time. This time will be my last.
If packed in main area, go to the very back of the bar through a small corridor and to the second room - always a seat!
Great bar...sadly the restaurant service is slow, lazy, forgetful and then they expect the tip! Drink here, just don't eat!
you can reserve parts of the seating in bar areas for free if you're a large party - a good pre-dinner meet up place
If you could clear out all of the sofa-hogging hipsters who don't buy any drinks and aren't members of the BFI it would be great.
Chill out in the squashy sofa area - once you've sat down you won't want to get up again!
Great venue with table service even when you're using the sofas
Sausage rolls in a pint glass are the bomb (veggie version equally as good)
Fantastically varied menu. Never disappoints.
Best virgin mojito in London (so far)
Get the trout . Very highly recommended!
A really good lounge bar fill of people for aperitif. Good.
Get the sausage rolls to share with drinks. They come chopped up in a pint glass and are the best you'll ever try.
Nice for a calm drink
Apparently there's a swarm here on Monday 29th August at 8pm - love this place, gonna bring some friends down!!
Ask for an iced coffee . They do have.
Great relaxed dining.
Pint from £3.80. Cocktail from £8
Nice bar and staff but look out for the purse thieves. From in your bag.
Gnocchi ????❤️❤️????
Great drinks but busy, busy, busy
Does fantastic mojitos in the summer, and the Benugo Boys are often easy on the eye! Read more
Good cocktails
Food acceptable, but "tourist grade" service so leave plenty of time
Can be quite slow service at times
Great venue for an informal business meeting
Bring your OAP card for discounts
Chill out in a very relaxed setting with additional bonus of free wi-fi.
Cocktails good here. Atmosphere a bit strange in a good way. Read more
Looks nice and good spot, but service was slow, tap beer was flat, and our food was cold in the middle. Wouldn't recommend.
Sausage rolls in a pint glass . Not a smooth cocktail but very tasty.
Nice bar but pricey and cocktail orders really slow things up. Rear bar Can be weirdly quiet on some Saturday nights after 10
nice bar , fresh beer
Pint of sausage rolls in a dimple glass - they rule
The Old Fashioned is really good!
Slow and dire table service. Staff appear to be put out at the slightest request.
Really slow service but nice and quiet
Slow, surly service. Be prepared for a long wait and tables covered with dirty dishes.
Free wifi bfi but don't work instagram :-((
Going here tonight.
Chouette et cosy bistro pour attendre l'eurostar
Great selection of classic movies. Though the prices cld be cheaper. - Elizabeth Lee
The place to sit back and watch British films made in 30s and more. Two hours give you plenty of time to browse collections and watch 1 1/2 films. Absolutely love this spot. - David Davidson
A small and friendly library. It's not crowded, though. You can find a priceless archive for cinema and film here. Including books, magazines, and etc. - Samin M
Mussels in cider with freshly baked crusty bread... Heaven! Bakery amazing too. Perfect for breakfasts and lazy weekends - Cat Orriss
Attentive and friendly staff with a well priced and varied menu. Food always fresh and tasty and served with a smile. Lunch specials are excellent value! - Justin Gaffney
Black coffee is the best that they have.. and the muffin is good.. Atmosphere is excellent - ThiS_iS_Me ????????????
Very comfortable seats. Great projection. Excellent film listings, both old and new. Make sure you arrive early as there's no adverts. - O L
One of my favourite places in London, always have a fantastic programme and the shop is just great. The coffee shop next to the box office has good coffee and they do amazing backstage tours. - Miguel Alonso
Huge screen, amazing sound system, suitable seats. Wonderful experience. - Mahdi Hosseini
