This Pavement location has fantastic interior design , rotating original artwork, high ceilings , and options for study in your own space or at a large wooden table for six. Great coffee too!
Work/Study Experience - 4, Food & Service - 4. This coffee shop has an environment and layout suitable for getting work done. Can get difficult to find a seat at times. Good WIFI limited to 2 hours.
"Good for Work/Study" - 4 Stars, "Food & Service" - 4 Stars. The place is spacious with a good amount of seats available. Not too difficult to find seating at rush hour. Good food selection.
Try the jalapeño cream cheese ! It's just the right amount of spicy and perfect with multigrain everything bagel .
Very nice coffee and environment. A good place to relax with friends or even get some work done!
such a cute restaurant !! the coffee and bagels are great.
Single origin drip coffees and one of few places in Boston to get unburnt espresso . Locally roasted coffees , locally baked bread and bagels and loose leaf tea sourced though Somerville. Worth a trip!
A café where it isn’t completely frowned upon to work on your laptop for extended periods of time! The artsy vibe and unlimited Wi-Fi make it the perfect study spot .
Bagel is decent and the sandwich list is interesting enough. Coffee is third wave but executed poorly, milk is scalded and the cappuccino had bubbles surfaced. Hipster by not hip enough.
Nice stuff, perfect sandwiches , warm enviroment...
All staffs at pavement are so friendly ! Try out the whole wheat bagel with scallion cream cheese and the drip coffee !
Tequila sunrise on an 8 grain bagel is to die for especially since there is that jalapeño kick in that cream cheese
The Ike and Caramel Latte . All you need. Ask the person at the register what their favorite teas are. They're usually good.
Update on my tip from 2009. Ten years ago. They no longer sell poppy seed bagels . RIP. ????
Their hot chocolate is so good! It's a really good place to get homework done.
Love this place. Sandwiches and coffee always spot on!
The bagels here are unusually good. Try an 8-grain with the tofu jalapeño spread.
The iced Spanish latte is now my favourite coffee .
Awesome bagel sandwiches , and fun espresso drinks
Iced coffee is tasty with cream and sweetener. Brewed as double strength drip coffee .
Breakfast service is very slow. If you order multiple things, they begin to prepare them at the same time, so the ones that prepare faster are cold by the time everything is done.
Vanilla matte latte is a-mazing. I legit cannot find anywhere that mkes them this good! Sorry, starbucks
Everything tasty & high-quality in this cafe
The Sahara sandwich and the Tequila Sunrise sandwich are both super effective at curing hangovers.
Beet down sandwich ! Is amazing
This place was my home for 5 years when I lived in this neighborhood . Great vibe, great staff , best breakfast sandwiches anywhere!!
Tequila sunrise is still the best breakfast sandwich in Boston
Delicious coffee . Make sure you try the bagels - they're from Bagel Rising! Read more
Try the Johnny in a for-here cup. Delicious cider&soy&cinnamon&tea warmer-upper :).
show me a word that rhymes with pavementAnd I won't kill your parents and roast them on a spit
The iced late is great!
Iced caramel latte with soy is absolutely delicious!
Spanish latte is the best thing you'll ever taste! Oh and get a rewards car duh!
You best be checking your coffee cups. More often than not, mine leak on the bottom.
Get the Spanish Latte .
Don't forget to say hi to Buckley, Boston's most famous Baristo.
Grab a Spanish Latte . One of the best items on the menu.
Sunrise bagel and chai tea with soy.
Beet salad , Spanish latte
the Beet Down sandwich
RIP tequila sunrise on jalapeño bagel . Their suggested alternative is not even close. Maybe just stick with a bagel and spread?
Get a Chia with veggie cream cheese on a whole wheat everything bagle. Untoasted. Delicious.
They discontinued "whole wheat everything " bagels ... Life = ruined
Spanish latte is everything.
This place has gone downhill. Used to love everything on the menu but now it's just lame and overpriced. They also tend to get orders wrong, I think I'm over it
Wasn't aware kiddie size was the default now for cold brew .
Hipsters come here in the morning then go to The Other Side at night.
Spanish latte !
Some of the best coffee I've had in Boston
Great study spot . Hipsters and musicians . Fresh squeezed oj .

One of the best art museums I've been to. One day won't be enough to see it all, especially if you want to catch a movie. - Miriam Goldman
