GOOD late night spot , seating is tight and efficient, inexpensive , cute hipster servers, legit cocktails and menu options. BAD pho soup had too much sugar and MSG, was totally parched the next day.
We had the Pork Bahn Mi , crispy veggie rolls & the Steak & Meatball Pho . All 3 were top notch. Ambiance was just as good as the food, with some old school hip hop bumpin on the stereo! Loved it A++
Open super late Friday and Saturday till 4am. Lots of veggie options for vegetarians (my fiancée is one). I had the 3 meat pho and she got the tofu pho . You must try the garlic wings and papayasalad
Quick service , delicious pho , and a good (but busy) atmosphere, especially during warm weather when the front is open. I recommend the meatball and brisket pho . So damn good.
If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese , you won’t find it here. If you want an Americanized spin to it where the bò lúc lắc is with tomato rice and spring mix then go for it.
Vegan pho & veggie crispy rolls : 10/10/10/10 ???? Rich, tasty broth with wonderful aromas. Dine outside in heated huts too!
This place is always worth the wait! Go for happy hour 4-7pm everyday, and get their crispy rolls for $2 with a delicious bowl of pho . ????
Believe the hype! There was a huge line outside when we first drove past it. So the next day we walked over, and it turns out the line moves super fast. 10 stars!
The peanut curry with rice is perfectly savory and sweet with a spicy kick . Get it, you will not regret it.
Loved the noodles (though full meat train may have been overkill), and the cocktails were extra creative.
Used to live in Asia. This is place is legit. Tom Yum is killer. Fresh veggies and no skimping on meat or noodles .#win #value for money .
Great stop for vegetarians . Veggie pho with veggie broth - fresh rolls with tofu . Would have preferred more veg - less noodle - but a solid pick for inexpensive quick meal downtown
Try the Tom Yum and the crispy spring rolls . The beef pho is a little too salty.
Nice decor , great food .. the luc lac is awesome and comes medium rare! The luc lac lush is rich and creamy with pieces of lychee .
The plate portioning is surprisingly filling. The only gripe I have is their seating system. Worth the wait if you're going with a party of 3 or more.
Salads are big - entrée-sized or best shared for 2. Don't order far ahead online if you're getting moisture-sensitive items like crispy rolls (which rice plates include)
Always busy. Always worth it. Possibly the best Vietnamese place in town with the exception of some on 82nd.
Great place! Don't let the queue scare you off, it goes really fast. Delicious food! We had pho and peanut curry , all good!
Huge portions and such good food! Great vibes too, played some hip hop :)
Large portions ! We did the happy hour specials , which are smaller portions, and you can have if you order before 19.00.

Coconut curry ! I did mine vegetarian and it was dope...best I've had in Portland!
Cream Cheese Wonton + Crispy Tofu Rolls + Tofu Peanut Stir Fry Curry + Lychee Juice
The cocktails here are Vietnamese-influenced and the pho worth a trek, but the spring rolls can't be beat.
Casual , delicious, cute . Happy hour is a phenomenal deal for food and drinks. Still couldn’t help ordering a vermicelli bowl off regular menu though.
1. Order and check in. 2. Majority of your group need to be here to be seated. 3. Don't seat yourself. You'll get a number with your order and be seated by the staff as space opens up.
Coconut curry was amazing! When they ask you how spicy there number one is like a five but it was so good I couldn't stop
It's not traditional Viet. Pretty modern - but great vibes and tastes great.
The food here is brilliant. Had the combination vermicelli and it was amazing! Very popular eatery and good value .
Always always always order The Dealers Choice cocktail at happy hour . It doesn't matter what it is, it will be delicious.
Elegant space, innovative drinks, and modern interpretations of Vietnamese cuisine . More hit than miss, more legit than most !
The train pho is really good, also most of the vermicelli bowls. One of my favorite happy hour spot in town ~
Great place to grab a relatively cheap meal. The food was delicious and the open air atmosphere was quite refreshing.
The pho and tom yum soup are amazing. Also, some pretty fantastic curries . Great cocktails , too.
best place to eat in portland ! I have been going every night this week you should see the people here at 3am on fri and sat !
Love the classic beef phon and the crispy rolls ! Great prices for high quality, delicious good.
The tofu salad was good, fresh spring roll is also above average! Busy place during lunchtime.
Everything looked amazing. I tried the Pho , it was really yummy and heartening. ????
Best Pho of my life, jesus. Don't skip this one! Wait is short , pay before you sit.
Bit too much "Brooklyn" attitude from the staff , but the food is quite good. Go between 4p - 7p and enjoy the Happy Hour menu . $2 plates. Try a bunch if things, but don't miss the shrimp skewers .
this was absolutely amazing. try the coconut curry with noodles instead of rice . your mind will be blown.
This place is absolutely THE greatest authentic Vietnamese food in the WORLD! Okay Portland at least.... But tried half the menu and nothing was less than perfect!! Highly recommend it!!
Great pho , friendly service , nit expensive ! Paid 8 dollars for a loooot of pho . Try the coconut water ginger ale !
Came with a group and got super quick and friendly service . And the food was great!
Interesting cocktails and wonderful food in casual atmosphere .
The line moves pretty quickly. It's about 2-3 minutes wait/person ahead of you.
The place has got a hipster vibe to it and the food is amazing!
Order the Luc Lac steak but be warned they won't ask you how you want it cooked. That's because it only comes one way - perfect.
If you can't decide what to get try the combination vermicelli bowl. Also, don't miss out on the chicken wings .
You can't go to a place called Luc Lac and not order the Luc Lac ! Great flavors and the beef is super tender.
Great Bahn MI Sandwich. Just missing the pork pate' and orange peppers! Also the Beef Pho' was great and needs more lime, basil, greens and peppers otherwise the best Pho I've had stateside yet???? - David Gutches
Chicken banh mi, meatball and chicken spring rolls, and the chicken pho are ALL amazing. The staff is so friendly and they are extremely fast. Call in your to-go order and pick it up in 5-10 minutes. - Sara James
My personal favorite is the McMinnville Cream (love the maple frosting and the cream filling - less cakey than the rest). The voodoo doll is a must-try, their jam filling is awesome. - Rachel Mercer
So many books and so many people which is uplifting to see in this digital age. Old and new books together sit well and you'll be sure to find something you want. Good coffee too. - Caroline Janas
Helpful staff. Genius bar fills up so make sure you book online ahead of time. - Courtney Shannon
