Great spot, consistent with the vibe of the brand in other locations. Only real complaint is catching an elevator being an excruciatingly painful experience.

Holly Ringle

Awesome location in epicentre. Can walk to convention center as well as restaurants , bars and nightlife. My comforter was oddly lumpy, but I'm sure that was a fluke. Aloft is a great hotel chain.

Brian Rawson-Ketchum

Don't be afraid to park at a structure outside of the EpiCentre. You can probably save money depending on when you can arrive and depart.

Eric

The parking garage at the EpiCentre needs better interior signage. Good luck finding the right elevator to take you to the hotel .

Travis Williams

Good hotel in Charlotte; newer, nice, and a great alternative to the Ritz if you want SPG points. The Epicenter has just aout everything in the evening too!

Neil T

The Ikea of hotels ! The smell of a New York subway train is considered planned ambiance!

Stephanie DeDecker

Dog friendly and right near everything!

Matthew Phillips

Elevator from ground to lobby is really slow. Rooms are cheaply modern, like someone furnished the whole place from IKEA. Awkward for business because rooms don't have much work space.

Bonnie Carpenter

Great customer service. Have to pay to park there FYI even if you are a hotel guesr

Jack .

Awesome stay for this fickle Philadelphian - stay here if you travel to Charlotte

Crystal W

Re: a previous tip: saline pools are chlorinated . The saline makes the chlorine , eliminating the need to dump large amounts of chlorine in

Charell Charleston

Staff is great, but not a hotel for business travel. This would be a fun hotel for a girls weekend or party night .

Raymond Pace

Inside the Epicentre. Valet parking is on College St

Stephen W

Apparently there is a electrical fault in the lighting fixture in the bathrooms for all rooms. They put a woefully inadequate desk lamp that can't be pointed anywhere, resulting in very bathrooms

Mimi Jenkins

Great location. Comfortable rooms

Andy Reinhard

If you have to go to CLT then Aloft is a good place. Starwood points and cheap rates in the heart of the city . Rooms are very average.

D. Ervin

Great location! Excellent place to stay for a bachelor party night out on the town .

Jesus Vargas

GREAT hotel , hip bar , a lot of restaurants and bars quite near.. THE hotel @ Charlotte

Chelsea S

All lights are fixed! Use the address 111 s. college st to get here quicker!

Melissa Oyler

My favorite hotel ! It's fun, nice, and the epicenter is awesome!

Joël Bynens

Great location, but a very noisy hotel . Small but nice rooms though.

Christina Brigati

fun change to your typical hotel room. avoid rooms on the lower floors as they can be loud from the bars , clubs, etc on the lower floors

Joseph Foster

Outstanding hotel located in a great location. Everything is right here!

Kevin M

The bar opens late . No resolution for loud neighbors

ᴡ Trujillo

Great location. Walk to everything. Clubs and dining. Movies . Cvs etc. But the elevator to the lobby is slow and the pool is tiny.

Windy Silver

Very cool! Def would stay again!!

Candice

Went for a girls' weekend--our room was great. Close to everything but no room service . Smallish pool but just right for wading!

Ned Zhang

Great location + good room. Valet parking is $20/day.

Kyle Arneson

request the quiet side if you are staying on business. this is the most popular hotel In uptown!

Dennis DeSanctis

Ok hotel . Feels like you're staying in an Ikea store. Beds are not the best. Elevators to get outside take forever. But good loaction. Average 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Jason Merhaut

Cool hotel right in the middle of Uptown neighborhood . Read more

Jeremy Tellier

I guess since no one ever cleans the room I don’t have to tip the maid service. So sick of this laziness at hotels and using Covid as an excuse.

Alexander Onishchenko

If you get a chance to stay at a suite - do it

Todd Wilson

Good place to stay, but the slowest elevators on the planet.

Sarah Jones

BOGO apps at the wxyz bar Mon-Fri until 7pm

Marc Jones

Very bad experience. Mattress was stained, bathroom door was peeling and front desk staff were rude when they were informed of the issues.

John McDonald

Great vib I love it!

Sam Keene

Home away from home. Pool's too chlorinated but the gym is awesome!!

vonntra 707

I can't say that I would stay here again. Room was freeeezing.

Kevin M

Don’t stay here. It’s loud af and they won’t control the noise

Kyle Arneson
