Equinox Rockefeller Center

This Rockefeller center location is one of my favorite weekday corporate gym . The classes are consistently outstanding & the layout is more robust with luxury in mind. Staff are friendly & respectful

One of the nicer and spacious Equinox gyms in the city . They just recently discontinued their workout clothes borrowing program. Was a nice feature but I believe that was the only gym that did that.

Monday evening yoga class with Melinda Abbott makes me cry. But yet I'm coming back for more! She is an amazing instructor . Very challenging, with great energy. Real professional.

Shoe shine service. Sauna & steam (1 of only 3/4 EQXs that have both in the city ). Odd layout but absolutely deserted after 9am. In my top 5 EQXs for NYC. Juice Press vending machine only.

The workout space it great. Spacious , nice sunlight from the big windows, good reception. But the steam and the dry saunas are NEVER HOT and the women's locker room is very outdated.

The women's locker room is okay. But of the dozen or so NYC Equinox locations I've visited, the equipment floor and studios here are some of the best.

Definitely one of the nicer Equinox locations in midtown!

Dead on the weekends. Especially between 4-6. Great for those who hate the gym crowd - like me!

Facilities on par with West LA and less crowded but also a lot less eye candy .

Showers have really good water pressure but the layout of the workout area is confusing.

Crowded locker room , but machines are relatively new everything is clean and they have clothes to borrow.

Quiet on weekends.

Don't worry if you ever forget your jockstrap. They have extra ones.

Luxuriate in the shower with fabulous kiehl's and have a trainer help you learn proper ways to stretch after a work out.

Clean and well equipped... Weekends are great, super quiet !!!

Loi's abs class on Tues nights is the real deal. She's the real deal also.

Best group classes . Great Yoga , Spin, Barre and Pilates .

This gym has socks t shirts and shorts so only bring sneakers and your mood for working out.

One of my favorite equinox locations . Feels like my own private gym on Sundays.

Dominic Manfredi Monday night spin class is good, but needs more participants.

They provide just about everything so you really have no excuse to not go to the gym !

Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don't shoot their ex-husbands.

Fist pump as much as possible while working out. Don't worry, you won't be alone.

Facilities are more dated than one would expect at an Equinox. Space is huge, though!

Amazing classes

I kind of like the matching uniforms. I feel like I'm in the military .

And for nostalgic sakes

Avoid making eye contact while in the awkward, low door shower stalls

There's a shoe shine right outside the men's locker room that's super convenient

You gotta get a new shoe . Sick of that ugly puma!

Best gym in NY ;-)

Tip: Don't watch the Food Network while on the treadmill

Spin classes are just okay.
