1 Michelin star modern Singapore food that's creatively reinterpreted. Even the cocktails have a creativity uniquely Singapore twist to it. Worth the visit from both tourists and locals!
Proper #FineDining with a twist! Each dish of the menu will leave you amazed and wishing you thought abt re-arranging those classic local dishes (satay , chilli crab , chee chong fun, ramen ) yourself!
Free 3-hr parking for weekday lunch . Dining here meets the min spend of $30 to qualify on weekdays 12pm–5pm (except public hols). Redeem @ Esplanade Box Office or Information Counter (Mezzanine level)
5 course menu - no choice but all awesome. Relatively cheap molecular gastronomy . Just wish there was a longer menu
Really fun take on local cuisine . As long as they continue to constantly update the menu, it'll be fine.
I really don't wish to spoil the surprise for you by describing the menu. Just go for it!
Very interesting fusion cuisine
Overpriced food and laboriously long service. A prix fixe menu shouldn’t last 3 and a half hours with vast stretches of dead time.
Great music
Nothing. Horrible cuisine, frustrating. First time everyone in my table couldn’t eat any of the 8 dishes.
Always great with the finger food, with or without beer! The fried fish skin is a must! - Rebecca
For those who don't like steak, have the fish and chips which is awesome! Their salad's pretty yummy too - Julian Chow
Extraordinary food and impressive plating, good ambience, definitely a place worth revisiting! - Vincent Tan
Loved the tasting menu at dinner. They are also able to accommodate vegetarians on the fly, which is laudable, but the original menu is much more worth the price tag than the veg version - Gregory Fisher
Try the tasting menu. Spicy octopus dish followed by slightly sweet duck was high gastronomy. Lively atmosphere with music and open kitchen. - samichlaus
