Nice hotel , but perhaps a little too hip for its own good and a bit overpriced compared to other options like Fairmont. (Don't like open shower with no tub.) That said, service is helpful + friendly .
The staff is definitely amazing, the hotel itself is not as good as you would think from the price, but service makes up for some of that
