A great, clean , quiet hotel with newer amenities and nice touches overall. Fantastic location right in the heart of the business district. Some rooms (like mine) have views of the baseball stadium .

The best customer service team I have ever encountered, bravo! That said...rooms were basic and standard..for $400+ a night? I'll stay at the Renaissance or Hyatt and get the same if not better rooms.
