FYI, this JPN no more open on weekends (Sat & Sun) effective 27Jul13..

If you know somebody in KDN. Passport will be ready within minutes compared to 2hours for renewal. Hooray for connections!

You can use your younger looking IC photo if you want, but only via MYEG application.

Wear a dark top so you dont need to wear the jacket provided at KDN.

If they start to give u hell but ur not in the wrong, ask for their name to file a complaint. Especially if they are rude. Confirm cuak. If they dont give u a name, get the time, date n counter number

Surprisingly fast service here... Literally nobody around compared to other JPN Office.

Kat sini belum boleh buat ic baru, start bulan feb 2012, kalau nak buat jugak boleh,ambil ic dekat putrajaya dlm 24 jam

Kertas kutipan tertakhluk 1 jam sedia dikutip. Tapi saya tunggu 3 jam untuk kutipan.

Denda ic ilang kali ke 7. Brpa agak2 caj????
