service is good and efficient! arrive at 715am , it opens at 730, and passport is renewed within two hours! special counters also available for warga emas, pregnant ladies and infants!!

Surprisingly efficient and fast. From registration, payment to collection approximately 2hr plus. It is better than last time which need half a day!

If u are here to renew yr passport, bring a photo & do make a copy of yr ic. U can use the machine to pay & renew, much faster than queuing up. Staff kinda friendly too, will help u!

Come weekdays which really faster, save a lot of Q time in weekend. Come at 3.45pm on Thursday & got it by 5pm. Recommended come in weekday, probably take half day off or jus 2hours off will do ????

Right wing is where you renew your passport and do your IC. They are pretty quick in going through the queue so don't come to queue early in the morning unless you have to or nothing better to do.

Since we made our applications online,we thought there'd b little or no waiting but we're wrong - we're still required 2c 3 officers & wait 2 long hrs 2get our passports.Their SOPs need 2b improved!????

Clean and nice building. Staffs are fast and friendly . Everything can be done less than half a day! Good job!

You have to make an appointment for VDR & PLKS application process at Counter 2. At the appointed date, you have to come before 12pm to get your queue number. Make sure to bring the appointment card.

Real tip: Come prepared with all the necessary documents and copies, you won't have any problems. Download application form online. Application process was a breeze. In and out, in just about an hour.

Food court mostly mamak or mix dish food. Most of the signs are in BM. If u wear contact lense, must take it off for photo (bring ur own solution/wear spec).

Super cold aircond. I had my riding (thick) jacket on and can feel the chill . 26deg please (also save money)

To renew social pass visit, a photocopy of passport pages 1 and 2 and page of social pass stamp, a form to fill out and join queue at counter n22 to get ticket n°.

For those people age above 18, try using passport kiosk, a photo, photocopy of IC, old passpor & $$. Take approximately 2 hours ++ to complete .... so much faster than to take number at the counter.

Machine kiosk only available second week of June 2013 ~ it took me 5hours when I reached at 2pm ~ must go early

Passport application can be completed in 3 hours if you arrive as early as 7am.

Passport pictures are taken at the counter itself, bringing your own is not acceptable. Those wearing tudung, do wear dark colored one otherwise u will have to slip on their black one over yours.

Already a queue for passport renewals at 7.30am

Parking on site is severely limited. Best bet is 2park @Publika - it's only 10min walk away.

If u arrive on a Friday after lunch when they reopen at 2:45pm, high likelihood that your passport will only be ready on the next working day.

There is a nursing room on Level 1, go inside Bahagian Passport and it's on the left as you enter the glass door. Nothing fancy , but good enough for changing and feeding.

Kioks ( kippas) service is 3/5 but there is ppl helping u with the machine. Just make sure ur IC chip is working

Open on Saturday and Sunday between 8am to 1pm. New polycarbonate passport (since May 2013) requires a WHITE background photo. Be informed.

Best time to come here will be after lunch . In the morning they will be busy with their bfast n coffee break.

To use the passport renewal kiosk , bring 1 photostated IC (both side on 1 page), 1 passport sized photo, old passport. Put them all into the dedicated envelop near the machine.

Starting from 1 Dec 2019, for passport renewal all repayment . Credit card or debit card issued by Malaysian bank only

The problem here is parking bays , there are to little of them. My advise is come very early or come after 1pm. After 1pm seems ok cause most people are done and left.

No need to bring passport size pic anymore. All require to take pic on the spot before you can take number.

Passport renewal is on 2nd floor. Standard fee is RM 200 and only cash is accepted. Waiting time for collection after payment is 1 hr. same day collection.

The queue is unbelievable , no parking space is available next time try to come before any of the counter is open !

the 1 and only thing good about this place is the free parking .

I honestly had no problem at all. In n out in under an hour. Replacing a lost expired passport was fast n simple. Forms needed were user friendly n docs thy needed were only i/c n 2 photos. Good luck!

Don't take photo before come to renew passport.now photo have to be white background. Start from 22 April 2013.

Very friendly service and quite efficient too.

Maid section has very recently moved to Level 2. Quiter and much less people.

Building has a beautiful exterior, but wait till u're inside. Not stroller/wheelchair friendly . Gotta wait for hours but waiting areas not ample. Staff attitude is still the same. Welcome to Malaysia!

As of 2 aug, there are no ATM within the complex. Make sure you bring enough cash, extras just in case!

The website says, Friday open from 2pm - 5.30pm. I am here on Friday @ 2.20pm but it says 'counter open @ 2.45pm' Great.. !!! &@%#

As an agency that deal with the public you should provide ample parking space and accessibility for the public

Photo is taken here itself, there's no need to bring our own photos anymore.
