Fast service for passport renewal . From taking number to collecting passport approximately 1.5hours. Friendly counter staffs too!

Shocked at the amazing service. Took number for passport renewal by 1030 & got my passport by noon. Staff was courteous n wit smiles. Love it. Hope they keep this up.

Reasonably fast service to obtain a new birth certificate extract. However get a number halfway through filling out the form so to have a shorter waiting time!

2013 Latest passport picture requirements: Background must be white and no white shirt . 5 years is only rm300. 2 years rm100. Bring your original i/c and 2 passport picture.

1. Get number. 2. Get your photo taken. 3. Process payment (standard 5 years now). Wait for at least an hour. 4. Go straight to the pick up counters and present receipt, coz number won't be called now

All under one roof here, from NRIC to Passport application and renewal, marriage registry and even birth and death certification. More parking sorely needed though

Passport renewal . Today I come before 8am I only need to queue for six persons within 5 mins. Very fast to reach my turn to submit and take photo on spot. Done pay in half an hour. Wait one hour.

For passport renewal , arrive early 7am to get number and takes at least 1.5hrs to collect new passport . Photo not required there officer will take on the spot

Open on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 1pm. Be nice to the staffs , they sacrificed their weekend for you.

If u come right in the morning, the service is good and faster within 2hours ur passport can be renew

When wanting to renew passport , make sure you take photo with white background. Or else you'll gonna waste time taking photo later, super long que.

One stop service for all government document application. Less people know this place so can settle very fast xD

I don't see a lot of improvement being done. There was a kiosk last time but it was broken now. All are done manually. Pfft. Expect a 3-4 hours turnaround time.

6p means get things done after 6th visit , and if you ask 6 different officer , they will suggest 6 different ways to get things done but none of them are sure ,good luck !

Commissioner of oaths has an office inside but he leaves work around 3pm

Kiosk been discontinued. Friendly lady officer , managed to joke around regards to a Datin that was around cutting queues.

Make sure you come before 12pm. Otherwise u got to come back @2pm for ur number...

Seriously a pity system they have for ONLINE passport renewal , u will need to wait for ONE hour just to collect ur passport !

Parking is nightmare. Taxis will gang up against you and steal your spot then staff will point middle finger at you when looking for parking . Wtf?! Super slow service, no system at all!

Weekend pon open kalau ade urusan ic n pasport from 8am-1pm

If you come before February, don't expect to get the new MyKad as the machine is not here. Go to JPN at Putrajaya instead - Aras 9-11, Lot 2G5, Presint 2 Putrajaya (0388807000)
