Excellent brunch - ordered BLT (porkbelly) & side of pancakes . Though simple, pancakes were divine- crisp outer shell, perf soft inner consistency, generous warm m syrup . Kudos on the attn to detail.
Fabulous neighborhood pub with patios at front and rear. Stake out the front patio table for 6 on a Friday afternoon and let the sun warm your friends and conversation, and people watch .
I was truly saddened by the Oxley. I ordered an oxtail soup and it was thin, we had the marinated salmon which needed a crunchy thing not a soggy potato . I loved it in the summer and will try again.
Cozy , great patrons and possibly even better staff . Savvy bartenders and lovely ambiance. Don't leave without trying the Walnut Maple pie with Buttermilk Ice Cream .
Not sure of her name....but a blonde girl from Calgary/Alberta was our server. So sweet, so helpful and just made for a great experience as it was our first stop in Canada and Toronto.
Beautiful back patio , two levels. Really improving the look and furniture on a patio compared to some other Yorkville patios . Look forward to the being my new fav Yorkville spot.
Try Devilled lamb kidneys on toast if you want something different. It was tasty and the gravy was delicious.
Fantastic service, great drinks and the food is amazing. Ever changing cask ale on tap
Great gastropub , great atmosphere and patio . Try the La Fresca cocktail
So damn good. I’ve never had anything there I didn’t like. I swear.
The seafood pie tasted like lobster bisque with mashed potato on top. Delicious!
Lovely, inviting nouveau British pub with great service!
These are the must-have snacks : scotch egg , spatchcock quail , and pheasant&liver pate . Do it. Right now.
Burger was average, beer was good. I’ve had better burgers for half the price at the local in LV. Oxley is stuck in the trend of 3 years ago of having a tiny bun and nothing but meat and cheese .
Check out the courtyard patio out back, it's not nearly as crowded as the front patio .
The Queen & Beaver goes Yorkville - same great ambiance, smaller portions, pricier , but still great cocktails/local beer/wine.
Food is authentically British, and that's all I'll say about that. Cute little spot and great location.
The fish & chips here is excellent.
Love this place - authentic food and tasty beer
Great ambience! And great food! Bangers and Mash with gorgeous caramelized gravy !
Burger was very small but tasty. The service was good.
Sticky toffee pudding and fish pie
Lamb pie was delicious!
Walk a bit and eat at the sister restaurant The Queen and Beaver . Food quality and prep is better
Good people watching . Food on the pricier end, not always with reason.
Hendricks martinis are amazing
very good i love it
Everything
The BURGER !!! Yum!
Get the sticky toffee pudding .... Ohhhhhhhh my gawd... Sooooo good
Beer beer beer and pie
Good food. Expensive drinks. Not the best service but coil place
Expensive and eclectic menu . Not for everyone.
Best fish and chips in the city .
Get the burger !
Sticky Toffee pudding is insane.
I don't normally write bad comments but the food is both over priced and not very good. And please, please stay away from the fish and chips .
The Glenville
Expensive and not my taste. We walked away
Comida excelente! Lugar impecable y buenas bebidas. Es mejor contar con reservación .
Guinness is creamy and smooth, always order the mixed grill or lamb for 4. It's worth the meat sweats. - Saundra
The food is great, the tap list is excellent & the staff are superb - Mia Patterson
Staff is fantastic. Food is above the standard pub grub. Try the Caesar. - Matthew Duncan Stokes
Best place in the Cineplex family to get popcorn. I'm not sure why or if the recipe is different but I know a couple of people who swear by it - Aaron Brown
Wonderful visit with my 9yr old daughter. Lots to see, spent much time in Earths Treasures section. The special exhibits are great to excite repeat visits. - Sean Hull
