Take a walk over the Manhattan Bridge into Brooklyn and find yourself at this small wood chipped dog run . Visit Jane's Carousel afterwards for a photo opp with your pooch.
Love that it's made of rubber and doesn't smell, but the noise from the train above is unbearable. Not a pleasant park to relax in.
Gets crowded during peak times. Moderately sized, but great views .
Closing "soon" for park renovations (spring 2014?)

Brooklyn Bridge gets busy, so the Manhattan Bridge is a good alternative. Spectacular views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Lady Liberty and Manhattan’ Skyline (do pick the South side of the bridge though). - Patrick Salvi
