Sheraton at the Falls Hotel

These previous tips must be old. Great hotel & service. Get your parking ticket validated @ the desk. And only a walks away from Niagara Falls.

Join the Starwood Perferred Guest program for FREE and they have a reception from 5 to 7 everyday with FREE wine , beer , cheese , crackers , etc... On the 5th floor. That part was worth it !

Hotel room is small but nice. No mini fridge , and only mirror is in bathroom . Service was excellent, and heated pool . No hot tub . Spiders in hallways and easy to find because of casino across street

If you get this hotel , try to the side with a view of the falls. The concierge service was very welcoming to questions, etc.

This hotel is great. Wonderful price and the vouchers were awesome. Only bad thing I can say is room service was loud starting around 10am

No hotel on the U.S. side of the border has a view of the falls. But the best view here is of the casino lights. Ask for this view . (First come, first served)

The lobby is very very nice. Rooms could use some updating but they are not dirty . The underground tunnel to the Casino is... Nice but not enclosed the whole way. Need better eating choices.

Great place to stay! No issues at all! Right across the street from casino . There are also many nice local bars on 3rd street!

You can get American cell service!! Free internet is nice too; but there is a $10 resort fee. Self-parking is $20 and valet is $30.

Get the Couples Package. Falls view room, casino credit , dinner credit, and many other bonuses. 100% worth it!

We used a Groupon and got a great meal at TGI Fridays and casino credits . Hotel is really nice. Amazing deal!

If using a groupon here, know the food voucher is not just $20 to spend at TGIF. U have to buy 2 entrees to use it. Only $15/per 4 casino .

By far not the prettiest views , or the nicest rooms, my remote for the tv didn't even work (despite them putting new batteries after I called the first time). There are better places to stay-find them

@Joe: it's nor an excuse but new ownership just took over and there are plans for renovations. I used to work there and I am not obliged to defend them, but give them a chance to renovate.

If you stay here, ask for a fan. That will give u some white noise since the thermostats are fake and are for looks only.

A old man at the front desk for late night check. Good God !!! 30 mins to check in. Bad service for a Sheraton hotel !!

I have to wait 5 hours to check in?...it is already 5 pm...and the room is not ready...even though we have reservations ?!

Second try of a sheraton in us and second disappointment. Poor service, staff do not like happy to work here, not always clean , strong smell of dog, ... Sheraton in us do not have a correct level
