Anastasia State Park includes more than 1,600 acres featuring four miles of pristine beach, a tidal salt marsh, and a maritime and upland hammock. There is also an archaeological site where coquina rock was mined to create the nearby fortress, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument.

Beautiful! I had my first camping experience here last weekend and did not want to leave! So much to do or quiet places to hangout and enjoy the scenery. Will definitely be back!
One of the most beautiful state parks we've ever seen. Beach access to the Atlantic Ocean, bike rentals , canoe/kayak rentals, a nature trail , historical sites and camping .
Excellent park that offers camping , kayaking , windsurfing , beach access , fishing , bike rentals , hiking trails and much more. Great place!
An excellent place to watch the sunrise. If you go down the road a bit you can get free parking and just walk into the park .
Hour and a half walk to the northern shore of the island . Lots to see along the way!
What a great place! Awesome shaded camping areas and running trails .
The beach front is roughly 4mi. of natural beach . About halfway up towards the north end is Middles and can be identified with its lower dunes allowing visibility to the lighthouse .
Coquina camp area is the closest access to the beach . Always our favorite!
Shaded camping , camp store , beach and trails
The trail is pretty cool, but beware! Mosquitoes will eat you alive! Use repellent!!!
Our most favorite place to visit. We camp here every chance we get!
Best place to camp in FL, hands down. Words cannot describe my love for this place.
Just saw a 5ft. rattle snake under the long boardwalk out to the beach . Apparently they live under there and keep down the rat population. Always be aware of your surroundings.
Great place to go camping in a tent. All hours beach access , playground to swing on.
$8 per car charge is because the county charges that amount for beach access / most FL PARKS are less
Lots of things to do here. You will love it.
Nice big beach
No dogs on the beach . Fee is $8 per vehicle entire day.
Great spot for camping ! And just a walk to the beach !!
$8 is steep. Georgia state parks only $5 and that's after a recent raise.
Nalu's taco stand at the entrance of the park is awesome!
Island Joe's is a great place to eat while you're there. Read more
Great running trails
We absolutely love this park. Very friendly park rangers, clean beach, awesome fishing area. The camping sites are really hard to book, they go fast and the demand is high. - William Geronco
Quiet trail, mostly sunny. Lots of fiddler crabs - Pat C
Be sure to watch the 4 min video for more insight on this historic site. - Keyla Berry
Great spot to camp. Elec and water. Near to the bath rooms. - Edd Huetteman
Adjacent to the largest public parking area. Nice way to let the kids blow off some energy if they have been good during the day. - Gavin Harper
Great customer service! And Mojos Tacos are sooooooooo good - Tess Zaccardi
If you can do it, the climb up the lighthouse...219 steps...is worth it. Once up there the views are spectacular. - Jenna Cunningham
