Nice stay from arrival to departure. Great downtown location. If you are Gold or Platinum , make sure to drop by the Lounge for complimentary beverages, snacks & a delicious breakfast in the AM.

Very large rooms, proximity to Staples Center and LA Live, as well as the rest of downtown LA.

This is my go-to hotel to stay for all things LA Convention Center related. Nice staff & convenient 24hrs .

Make sure your room doesn't face the hotel next door. The huge billboards will keep you up all night.

Be careful when you plan, the Ritz Carlton is the taller building right next door. Great if you want to walk to the convention center or Staples center .

Excellent stay from start to finish! Valet, bell services and front desk were all helpful and friendly .

Wear pants with loose pockets because this hotel always has their hand on your wallet. Soup and salad in my room was $48. For $13, the wifi should at least be fast.

Wow. Half hour to get a sandwich by the pool. Something is always wrong with the restaurants at this place. You would think they would have it together

Park on the north side of Olympic. The lot closest to the fwy (Olympic/Georgia) is a flat $10 whereas the lot directly across (Olympic/Francisco west) is $5 for the first 2 hours ($5 each 1/2hr after)

Room was spacious and met all our needs. WiFi is free for Marriott members.

It's a nice fancy downtown hotel . Not really good if you are staying in LA for a vacation, it's more for businesses.

Room service : chicken soup is reasonable but very peppery. Chocolate bread pudding is excellent!

Try the Champagne & Shimmer Body Treatment at the spa ; it's unique and amazing.

Ask for a room away from the large, outdoor digital displays. Even blackout curtains do not shut them out completely.
