Built in 1923 & packed with ornate murals and frescos . Its tiled indoor pool is especially cool. The place for business types who have to stay in the heart of Downtown, history fans, and movie buffs . Read more
Huge rooms, the staff is friendly . The service is great. Had a really good time there. Cocktails at the bar are fabulous!
This was a super surprise in terms of a hotel . The history is rich and the Oscar was created here in 9127. The cocktails weren’t that great at the bar but the opulence and details are fascinating!
Romantic three-course dinner at Smeraldi's on Valentine's Day, 5-10 p.m. includes champagne for ea adult and long-stemmed rose among Italian-Renaissance architecture ; res recommended:213-612-1562.
a nice place to visit (amazing architecture at the lobby) but not to stay. rooms are old, dated, somewhat smelly, and have some kind of eerie vibe.. I'd rather stay at the boutique hotel next door.
If you like big, go there. You won't be disappointed. Don't forget to head to the bar . The French martini is a must!
The grand dame of LA hotels . The public areas and meeting rooms are beautiful. The banquet meal was good. A friend stayed over night and said the guest room was tired and outdated.
The 24 hr gym is great and the indoor pool is one of the cleanest and nicest I've been to. Also has a steam room and sauna !
Beverly Hills Cops, True Lies, Blow, Ocean's 11, The Italian Job, Fight Club... and those are just some of the movies that have filmed at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel . Feeling like a movie star yet? Read more
AWESOME Hotel , if you are a movie buff then you need to come here to see where the Oscars were originally held, its like a scene out of the Shining, History to the 3rd level, just amazing & great serv
Make sure to checkout the vintage underground pool and health club . It's like walking directly into the 1930s!
This place was a great venue for @nawbola Holiday Party when I visited w/ my @rivvid peeps. They also have live jazz . It was wonderful & takes place every Friday & Saturday night @8pm
It's always a good time for Afternoon Tea in the Rendezvous Court, but the holiday Winter Afternoon Tea is extra special! Available Wed-Sun, 2-5pm. Learn more at http://www.DowntownLA.com/holidays
Hotel provides a nice penthouse spread of food, beverages and wine for guests... Only negative comment is that this facility needs updating.
The lobby was amazing but the hotel rooms need some serious renovation, the breakfast was awesome.
Rendezvous dining place is very Art Deco ! Love the lobby and ceilings!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Street noise in the rooms can be loud , but overall I love the place. The lobby is frequently used in movies and TV shows, for what it's worth.
The chips at the bar must be sprinkled with crack because you cannot stop eating them. Check out the live jazz on Friday nights.
Tracy, Jesus, and Jorge make great drinks and make you feel right at home !!!
Nice size rooms, but one must appreciate the old-style the hotel has preserved.
To save money on parking overnight, use the Pershing parking across the street... Only $16 per night vs. $48.
Prices are way to high for a hotel that is in dire need of upgrades. 1 bud light and a jack and coke for $17.50 in the hotel bar . walked four blocks south to Hanks tavern. great little bar .
Nice hotel , little bit outdated rooms and no free wifi (also outdated;-)
Enjoy the grand setting where the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences held its first Awards Ceremony. Legend says the "Oscar " was first sketched by Cedric Gibbons in one of the hotel 's napkins
Check out the "Rendezvous Court" - the well-preserved original lobby of the hotel , across the hall from the current lobby. There's also a hall full of photos from the first Academy Awards events .
A grand place to visit but don't stay here... I am scared to go back to my suite! This place feels haunted and spooky.
Classic property. It's no Omni though (just up Olive St; amazing food & beverage). Enjoy.
A beautiful lobby and lobby bar . If only the rooms were anywhere as close as nice, you might even want to stay here.
Such star power at #ocacon2014! Ming Na Wen, Daniel Day Kim, Tyrus Wong (drew Bambi), Judy Chu & now James Hong (Mr. Ping in Kungfu Panda ) #aapi
There is no fridge in the room or a convenient place to plug my laptop charger, no room serves for lunch or dinner !
At its opening in 1923, this was the largest U.S. hotel west of Chicago. It originally had 1,500 guest rooms and was later restructured to the current 683 rooms.
If you're here for the ASCLS 2012 Annual Meeting, Welcome! Check into your room and then find us at the registration desk to pick up your packet of meeting information.
Beautiful building, wonderful service and awesome location... but the hotel is in desperate need of updating. Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.
The Prom scene from the John Hughes classic Pretty in Pink was shot in the Crystal Court. Andi should have picked The Duckman- he wound up on star on CBS.
No more jazz only pianist :( was so looking forward to jazz with my Old Fashion. The Ceviche is delish though
Be careful of connecting your pc to the internet in the guestroom. I've caught some computer virus before authentication .
Hotel run purely on sad nostalgia. Rooms were dusty and moldy, wifi (if you could even get signal) is not free.
Clean , big rooms , good service
Beautiful hotel but the staff is kind of uppity. I felt kind of out of place here.

A little disappointed in the hotel . It's showing its age. Our room was really musty smelling and the fixtures are outdated. I thought this hotel was keeping up with the times.
A grand historical landmark in the heart of downtown L.A.
Incredible venue for the annual Labyrinth Masquerade.
Go @metrolosangeles 2 Pershing Sq. & sip cocktails @ 2 classics: Cicada & the Gallery Bar at @MillenniumPR Biltmore #dtla
Beware, the Gallery Bar 's chips are addicting!
Pub sliders in the Gallery Bar are pretty good. Whittney and Greg, best bartenders !!
They have St. Peter's Organic Ale in the bar - hard to find in the US and well worth it.
