Someone must be reading the tips...my server was wonderful. Very sweet, friendly and helpful. The burger was standard airport fare.

Staff avoided eye contact and walked past even when place is not full (and we were seating next to the cash counter) EXCEPT for Oscar! :) Nice and friendly guy .

Grab a window table , enjoy the view and, if necessary, feel free to ask the servers to lower the shades should the sun bother you.

Mild sauce is my favorite, even if you ask for any other always ask for a bit aside. The flavor is just the real buffalo sauce !

JFK outpost near gate 24 not their best look. Slow/inattentive svc @ 11a when <50% full. Took 30 min to order / be served / eat a plate of 🧀 🍟 .. way too long normally, but especially an airport !

The wild sauce is really good. But be careful!! It's spicy !!!

If you're scanning the menu desparately looking for anything not fried, don't get too excited about the roasted garlic mushrooms like I did. Read the fine print : they are roasted breaded and fried.

Lots of tips about bad service. You're doing it wrong, I gave the waitress a smile and a hello and the service was great.

Was excited to see Widmere Bros. on the menu... they don't have it in NYC, but still keep the same menu nationally.

This location is lacking the typical BWLD lineup of draft beers . It's straight up SABMiller crap.

Serves lunch at breakfast time (huge plus) but service could be a little faster.

Thw staff is just TERRIBLE around 15 people came in the completely ignored everyone while gathered laughing on the back.

You're at the airport bar . Just enjoy the fact it's open at 11 am and try pouting to get in earlier.

Slow service and cold food...do yourself a favor and take your business to the shakeshack or other establishments in the terminal.

Service does seem horrible but if you get Bernie you are in luck. She's nice and friendly and even packed up my leftovers instead of just giving me my box.

Hidden power strip under the bar

Ok, the service is terrible, but the hidden power strip under the bar makes it worth it.

Food quality is 100 percent. But hate going to this location because of the service. Really bad but if you go into it without expectation then you will be happy.

Service is still pretty bad! The bartender asked the people next to me twice if they were ready without once asking me - and I got there first. I would be less miffed except that I've got a deadline…
