I love this hotel , everyone was so helpful and gave great suggestions for food/things to do while in NY! It's tucked away but close enough to be in walking distance to some of the major stops!
It is the home away from home! Everyone here is super nice and friendly , the rooms are big and spectacular, very generous services, concierge are aware of every little place in manhattan. I love it!!
Great to visit for Christmas tree if the crowd at Rockefeller is too overwhelming for you. Not as big as Rockefeller tree but still larger than life and beautifully decorated. No crowds here

The courtyard & the view of St Patrick's cathedral really are amazing. The rooms are a little dated & the entrance feels a bit Scarface. But nice nonetheless

This hotel is a shell of it's past. Rundown, despite being told room was recently renovated. $16/dy for wifi (really? It's 2014!) & now worried if receptionist said $16 for all devices or EVERY device!

Nice place, great view from 22nd flour overlooking St Patrick. Shame broadband cost extra considering price of room to begin with, bar that, hotel was pretty good.
Where were you during the Royal wedding? Palace Hotel guests shelled out $150 for wedding slippers, pillows , English breakfast and a champagne toast the morning William and Kate were married.
As far as the building goes, the most gorgeous hotel in the area. Historical building blending into the rest of the hotel building
