Great service from everyone: check-in, housekeeping, food service -- all were courteous, helpful and very friendly .
Room was tiny but cute , and clean . All the staff I interacted with were very friendly/helpful. The bellman let me peek at their renovations in the lobby - it's gonna be nice! Would stay here again.
Staff is awesome! Hotel was in the middle of a remodel and The rooms are small and feel very used. Other than that the location is great and did I mention the staff rocks!
Big comfy beds . Clean and in a great location with a great view
Can't beat the location - 2 blocks from Boston Common. Fantastic security and service. If you want to drown out city noise, keep the fan in your room ac on. 15th floor has nicer rooms & less noise.
There are a few negative tips here, but my experience has been very good. Plenty of room, comfortable bed and the staff has been wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel .
Location is great as everyone says and renovation work is ongoing at the moment. Don't know if they will work on individual rooms eventually but this is a great start
Other than room being a bit small, and AC not able to be adjusted during certain weather it is in a great location close to both orange and green T. So it is easy to get just about everywhere.
The last time I was here was before the renovation, and it’s truly way better now. Still, feels bland and out of the way. Who visits Boston for the Theater District?
Great location, especially for the marathon start. Staff are super friendly . Small bathrooms but enough to get by. Toilets feel like they're going to fall over when you sit on them though! Beware!
15th floor room was modern and spacious . Ac worked well .
Great location. Walking distance to almost everything. Bring your walking shoes if you want to do the Freedom Trail though.
Price is good and the location is excellent. Room is small. It is worth it for the price, but there are many better hotels in Boston to chose from.
Ask for the newly renovated rooms ... Still small but nice!
My room had a thermostat that worked just fine. Room on 15th floor was just fine for size. Great view of...a brick building, but hey. Not bad. Great location, too.
God bless, Justin, a man alone trying to save this sinking ship with a bucket full of holes. And then there's the maid haunting, I mean wandering, the halls with a can of air freshener! Stay away!
Overnight parking on 200 stuart street which is 3 mins walk away is $22 for 12 hours. Valet parking in the hotel is $43.
No free wi-fi, but they have a machine at the lobby with free water & sodas . Big beds. Correct & well located
Great location, walk to Commons and dozens of great restaurants .
No need to worry about keeping fit during your vacation; there's a fitness facility here where you work up a sweat.
My old standby property in Boston. Practically lived here for the better part of 5 years (2010-2014).
Comfy small room on the 6th floor, just super noisy from the clubs extra door ????
The staff is really nice and the rooms are clean . The walls are thin though :/
Request a room in the higher floors so u don't hear the clubs below at night. We had a nice time :)
Holy sheets, no matters pad under sheets, hotter than hell room - can't change temp in room and dumb woman at desk for check in. That's for $59 on Priceline @ 11:30 pm. Btw, it is a ghetto hood!
Higher floors are remodeled and really nice....
Reserve an accessible room. It's much bigger and the bathroom has a tub.
Great location but, the internet reminds me of the late 1990's. Right now clocking 13~15KBs
My biggest complaint is the sink in the bathroom has no room at all to sit your stuff out!
Request a renovated room !
Wonder why the Internet is free?? You can't charge for this SLOW connection!
You might as well be camping . Room smaller than a cruise ship and just about as dirty . This is a bad start to my birthday weekend.
Very convenient location, but the rooms are tiny. I don't think I've ever had a smaller room including NYC and Europe.
Bring a sound ms home for sleeping. Walls are paper thin.
My room an experience was great.
Free wireless!
Don't get room 919 you're staring at the walls
I can hear the person in the other room breathe. Saying the walls are paper thin is an understatement.
Careful, the hot water us VERY HOT!
Night club right next door...good if you want to go out, not so good if you trying to sleep
Bring your own fan because you can't change the room temp .
Very noisy hotel . Good location and price. Eat out.
Be prepared to be at the mercy of the temperature gods.
Never again - paper thin walls - can hear conversations in rooms next door word for word
this place is horrible. it's 12am and my bed is trembing to the sound of club music which is right next door! plus poor internet, bad water pressure, central heating
Free coffee at the lobby!
Do they serve penguin meat here? Who knows!?
Water pressure is poor, give yourself extra time
Hotel is in a good location but it is time for a renovation. Rooms are a bit old and dirty .
Can't change room temp . Walls thin. shabby, small rooms. not up to par for Marriott
Terrific hotel for the business traveller who doesn't like business hotel chains in Boston. NYC/SF vibe, cool, edgy location walkable to the Financial District, Chinatown and the Theater District. - Regina Connors
Great hotel, perfect location in Boston. The wifi is decent and the views amazing. - Peter den Hartog
Newly renovated with central oval bar and modern kitchen. Much improved and higher end. Great food and beer - Justin Martini
Really nice park to visit although quite small in size. It's haunted as well so you might see some friendly spirits! - Hayley Cooper
Cherry cheese Danish and chai latte great on a cold day. Staff courteous and quick. - Selma Cherry
