Hyatt Regency Boston

It's a rad place. Really nice staff , great rooms, and overall a good time. Free wifi and bonus wifi upgrades for events !

The renovated rooms are nice and clean . Also they now offer free wifi and in-room safes . Very pleased with my stay.

I had a great stay here for the Easter weekend with the husband and the dog. It costs $50 if you bring a small dog (under 50lbs, you pay when you check out). We'll definitely be back! :)

Great gym and close enough to jog in the Commons or along the Charles. Eat dinner early or eat in another part of town .

Very good hotel and service, take care with the fridge , there are electronic monitorring in it and if you change something to another place it will be charged in your account.

The ballroom had a deck outside which was great for between speaker breaks at a conference . The lunch buffet was great but not worth it at $18.

My friend and I stayed in an ADA Queen room, so two queen beds, which was great! However, I didn't like that the bathroom door didn't lock, and there was kind of a gap between the door and the wall.

Large rooms for such a centrally located hotel . Well appointed as well . Close to highways and transit.

Don't hang around the lobby for too long; the staff starts getting suspicious. Take the party back to your hotel room (or to the parking garage ).

Excellent service ! We left the omni Parker house and came here...what a change! Not snotty and treats us as equals :)

Super thin walls. Can hear the person next door playing with a plastic bag use the complimentary earplugs provided.

Lobby is impressive. Rooms not at all. No wifi for free no fridge to use. Everything is extra charge or expensive . Good housekeeper. Prime location for walking anywhere. Two elevators . Strange.

Great location and staff . The concierge is fantastic.

Bed sheets had yellow stains, called housekeeping and all they did was bring us new sheets. They expect you to change your own linens here. Next day, housekeeping didn't come at all! No clean towels

When you check out, just drop your card in the box in the lobby and you're set.

Decent room, quiet , and comfortable bed . I didn't get to check out any of the other facilities.

Fruit infused water in the lobby. Fill up your water bottles before heading out the hotel !

Gym and pool above standard. that's where it ends for positives.... 2 separate lifts to get to your room is a pain, no easy walk in if you have a buggy, no in room safes , no kids menu for rm service.

Get ketel Citroën on the rocks. Beats paying top dollar for a juiced out martini ! Step up to my level...

Didn't get the room we reserved . Staff was ok but not to our needs. Waiter didn't get our order correct. Elevators a royal pain to have to take two separate ones to street. Hall needed vacuuming.

Watch out for the drunk guy on the fourth bar stool from the right. Cray cray.

Great staff , excellent location. That's about it. Can't recommend staying here unless it's for a conference . Lots of better options.

The fitness center is very nice and the hotel staff is helpful. The bed sheets feel like sand paper though. The rooms are ok but nothing spectacular.

They are renovating...first changes are set for an impressive and what you would expect from Hyatt, change.

This hotel is connected to my office building . I don't even have to go outside. Sweet commute.
