Omni Parker House

The Parker House has many claims to fame, including when John F. Kennedy announced his candidacy for US Congress in 1946. Something to contemplate while eating the Boston Cream Pie invented in-house.

Had spontaneous dinner w/ a friend; great drinks, small, but good menu, I recommend the oysters. Very friendly , but unobtrusive service. Great atmosphere, must go & see.

PERFECT LOCATION! Less than a half mile walk from Quincy market and other attractions , rooms on the smaller side (the bathroom especially) but still very comfortable ! Wifi is $9.95 a day

Historic hotel extremely well maintained with great service and food. Both "Boston Cream Pie " and "Parker House Rolls" were invented here. Try both!

It has had amazing guest. For example: FDR, JFK, Bill Clinton, Ho Chi Minh, Malcolm X, Emeril Lagasse, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Babe Ruth and several more celebrities. The food is excellent.

Wow! What a great hotel - really nice people, super fast wifi , too. Breakfast was awesome and saved the hassle of getting made up to go out in the morning. :)

What a beautiful, historical landmark hotel in the heart of Boston. The history combined with the elegance makes it a must-stay. The housekeeping was phenomenal. Reserve a room with a view .

The ghost of this historic hotel 's original owner, Harvey Parker , is said to wander the halls and walk through walls. Room 303 was reported to be the most haunted until it was turned into a closet.

Hit up The Last Hurrah in the lobby if you are staying here but don't want to venture too far out. It's a class establishment.

Had the lobster roll with baked beans , more like a lobster salad roll . Beans taste like regular canned sweet beans. The schrod was so so. The MA cream pie is good, it is more “cakey” than I expected.

A must when playing tourist in Boston. Feels like a throwback to another era plus the Boston cream pie is swoon worthy.

The Parker's Bar is a nice place to hang out; it features great drinks and a fireplace as well as stained-glass windows.
