Built for the world expo in 1929, this square is a stand out from old Seville. If you are a fan of star wars, notice that Paimee has walked through the palace 's upper corridor.

Spain square? Srsly? It's called Plaza de España and deserves to go by that beautiful name. Go on, you can say it :)
Built for the 1929 exposition , the plaza 's four bridges represent the four states that banned together to create Spain. Each province is along the side in ABC order and busts of important people above
One of the main attractions of the city . Built for the Expo 1929. It’s just sooooo beautiful. There are at times some flamenco performances , which is always a good thing to enjoy.
Stunning. Also very nice, clean public bathrooms just in front of the plaza in the park .
Gorgeous. Make sure you are wearing a hat, because you will spend too much time wandering around under the sun.
Park usually closes around 22:00, however come visit the area after dark, and sometimes it's lit to represent special occasions . Pink = International Women's Day
If you are visiting the week of the April Fair (Feria) you will find women posing for photos here in their traditional dresses .
Great place although without the boats running in the canal there isn’t a whole lot to do, just take in the beautiful workmanship
The Plaza de España has been used as a filming location, including scenes for the film Lawrence of Arabia , Star Wars movie series —and Star Wars Episode (Planet Naboo ) an in The Dictator.
One of my favorite places in Europe! Just amazing - a must-see if you are in Sevilla.
The most amazing, remarkable square of the whole Spain. Its majesty will baffle you as you walk through its corridors.
It stuns you. Seville is very nice city and this place is one of the beautiful in Seville. And have a look at pictures of all provinces in Spain there.

This is a Sevilla must do. There's not much here, but it's just beautiful. Also a scene from Star Wars Ep. 2 was shot here so you have to recreate the scene!
Maybe the most photogenic spot in all of Sevilla.

Walk in towards the middle for better views on the bridges . People tend to crowd around the ends.
Lovely plaza . It's nice to see the people just strolling around or the kids having a donkey ride.
Stunning and hidden gem . Used as the backdrop for Naboo from Star Wars. Visit!
An absolute must-see when in Seville!
Amazing place. A must-visit when in Sevilla.
Hands down my favourite place in Seville!
You can rent a boat to ride around. Careful--they are difficult to row and apparently cause a lot of arguments.
Romantic place , fool of tiles
It is impressive how much effort has been put into its construction , but I like places, that were built with a need for those times.
Beautiful architecture , a must see!
Ah Instagram central ????????♥️
Absolutely amazing and a must see
Each little bay at the bottom represents a different Spanish city .
Stunning! The most beautiful plaza I have ever seen!

Nice place to hang out in between exploring. Central area that connects to pathways to other monuments and tourist spots. I recommend getting a hotel near here if visiting Sevilla ❤️ - Nnenniqua
Perfect place for a caña on a sunny weekend morning/midday. Full of locals. For a real Sevilian experience. A bit unconfortable, though, for there is no place to sit down. - Marsh Mallow
the park is awesome. especially the mini pools and sculptures are great. - Jasmin
Was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed visiting Catedral de Sevilla. Would definitely recommend getting the audio guide. There are few informational signs otherwise and you'll miss a lot. - Alexandra Previdi
Very nice palace with amazing history. Plan at least 4 hours to explore it and enjoy it properly. Spend some time in the gardens. Listen to water. Smell the jasmine. - Lejla H
