Great breakfast and an even better happy hour 5.30-7.30 everyday. They call it the Manager's Reception :)
Convenient location. Take left on Del Monte and you'll eventually encounter Fisherman's Wharf and then Cannery Row on your right.
They make the best pico de gallo for the evening social. Fresh, lots of tomato , and just enough heat to tease. Yum yum!
Reasonable price, but some of the rooms had damage and you can tell there was a slight fire in my room. Breakfast is good. turnaround time for servers to clean tables for availability is not timely.
Fun Fact! I was able to deliver a message to Folsom via carrier pigeon faster than I could access my email with one of the Business Center computers.

Manager's reception is awesome! Free snake and drinks for two hours after a long day a work... can't beat that!
Best deal on the Monterey Bay Aquarium : Buy a two-day pass here for the same price as regular admission.
During the breakfast rush you can sit in the restaurant . It's much easier than trying to find a table in the courtyard
Was not happy about allowing large congregations of people to smoke at the entrance to hotel so my family and I have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter hotel and lobby smells of smoke

The Hilton garden doesn't have the nice view but the service, rooms and breakfast is significantly better. I avoid embassy suites next time.

Breakfast during the Week only until 9:00 is a bad service
Stuck in the 20th century. You have to pay for Internet and they charge you separately for each device. Terrible!
