If you stay in the building 15 (and I believe it's apply for others near) be sure you want to wake up at 5am with the guys that go gym ...! You can follow every each step they do at the treadmills .. :/

There is no lunch time room service . So, if you arrive after 12 and before 5: bring your own food. However, there is a free wine tasting in the gift shop .

Really easy walk to Calle Principal and Alvarado; about 35 minutes. Lighthouse shopping district and Pacific Grove are a long walk.

Attended 500+ people 5day conference which pretty much booked whole resort . Several lunches & reception hosted for ALL attendees. Can’t imagine the money that was spent. They couldn’t kick in WiFi ?

Peaceful , nice outlook and Knuckles sports bar is a great way to end the day.

Rooms are nice but could stand some updating. Location is a bit isolated for doing any walking to places. Restaurant is excellent!

Beautiful hotel just 15 minutes away from Carmel . Everyone in the staff is both nice and efficient.

Rooms weren't really worth the money. Finding everything while so far from the front desk and with no amenties guide, was an interesting venture with plenty of twists and turns. You could do better.

the resort fee gives you wifi , water, gym , and most importantly, access to the stream and sauna room ! use it, its amazing.

Ask at the front desk to get a s’mores kit and treasure map for the kids.

The guest rooms are great--newly renovated! The exterior looks a little 70's, but it definitely feels like a resort getaway.

Large, spread out hotel that can feel crowded . Rooms have paper thin walls . Popular with families and conference goers. Rooms are ok.

Stunning views of the Del Monte Golf Course ! The Fireplace Lounge , TusCA 's and Knuckles are great hangouts.

Good hotel . Be aware of the elevator location if you are in Building 5.

Basic Wi-Fi is free for guests (enter room and name).... Upgrade for streaming video speeds and VPN support (apparently)

Smore kit at the desk and fire pits for everyone.

Be sure to visit Hahn SLH Estate Winery in Santa Lucia Highlands. Magnificent Pinot Noir ; stunning vistas!!!

Yeah. You can hear the ocean if you can hear it over the highway that runs just out side. Nice golf course . Other than that it's a Holiday Inn .

Walls are thin - you can hear folks walling in the halls. It's a "nice" hotel - average by Hyatt standards. Good family hotel . Regency club is average - small. Suites are nice but next to stairwells.

Beautiful hotel . Makes me wish I played golf !

Tusca restaurant

Air conditioning was broke so had a portable unit pumping air from outside. Loud and really made my allergies flare up.

The hotel pillows need to be changed. Smells like they have been around for ages.

The bathroom doors need locks!

Pretty average by Hyatt standards. WiFi is slow and doesn't support VPN unless you upgrade for $5/night.

Don't worth your money....

No free internet , av standard room on highway, noisy , housekeeping keep shouting in corridors at 7 am. Not worth having a stop at all !
