When playing a game of Marco Polo with a group of dolphins, keep two things in mind: first, they have terrible pronunciation. Second, their sonar makes your chances of winning slim.

Great beach to have a relaxing afternoon at. It can get windy, but it is the beach ! When the temp is 104 in the valley this is the perfect escape. Nice clean restrooms . Lot parking is $9. Worth it!

Get through the volleyball courts and you'll be one of the very people here on a weekday. I was alone for most of my day.

Looking to get a quick pic of the sunset ? Make sure you paid, left my car for two minutes and came back to a $63 ticket. These meter maids were hiding looking to give tickets. Here was that sunset .

Parking is all valet, 10 bucks. The beach is clean . Signs forbid fires, according to a waiter at gladstones, Dockwiler allows fires and you need permit to have private party for booze on beach here

Beautiful not overcrowded beach . The have showers and bathrooms for public use.

Clean beach with good parking for $12. The further you move from the snack bar , the more peaceful and serene the beach gets!

After Labor Day some restrooms in the beach are only open on weekends and holidays

Up for a challenge? Take the 22 mile venture to Torrance beach ! Bike , in-line skate , or run. But be alert It’s a popular path!

Brought my puppy-yorkipoo. First time at the beach . I hope they won't say anything about bringing a dog to the beach .

Arrive before 9a to snag a free parking spot on Temescal Canyon Rd. otherwise $10 worth it for an Awsm beach .

Parking pass is good all day but doesn’t include leave and return privileges.
