Yum! The chocolate chip muffins were sooo good. And $1.99 for the special beer ? Yes! I had pulled pork and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. Substituted regular fries for sweet potato

Had the paella , it was AWESOME! The shrimp in it was my favorite. Drinks are a little pricey for how weak they are, but they complimented the meal and tasted great. Really good service , very casual .

We ate here twice while staying on Sanibel Island . You have to try one of the seafood baskets . I had the half and half with clam straps and shrimps with sweet potato fries . So good!!!

We love the Island Cow! Awesome breakfast complete with muffins for the table. Our server was friendly , the atmosphere is very eclectic-Sanibel-y and the food was great. Great choice on the island .

Awesome place. Great ambience and super nice service. Can definetely recommend the grilled tuna and house salad . The coffee and desserts are pretty dope to. I'll be back for more.

Loved the fun casual atmosphere waitress was wonserful and the adobo shrimp.basket delicious! I had my big dog with me and he was welcomed to sit with me it the outside seating area

The food is very good as are the desserts . The only negative is that they permit smoking in their outside seating . I don’t ever want to deal with smoke...especially when eating a meal.

They have incredible food and a great option of beers . If you're just looking for coffee during a holiiday, they are typically open and have a starbucks.

I love coming here for their breakfast ! Best coconut and funfetti muffins . Great breakfast options !

Excellent food n service the portions are hearty and we like food when we go out to eat the gumbo , salmon , and catfish are recommendations we would highly recommend the island cow

The combo tacos were the best! Corn flake crusted mahi-mahi and boom-boom sauced shrimp can't steer (pun intended) you wrong. Happy tummy at The Island Cow!

Excellent food and atmosphere. I had some kebabs with a weird name like Cowzboy Kebobs that were really good - shrimp , scallops and beef . And they serve Starbucks coffee !

Great food, atmosphere and staff ! Come hungry! This is one of the few places we eat when on the island when we stay. Moooooooo!

Delicious breakfast place. Got the Juan Po breakfast special and it was killer. The hash browns were great. Overall a great meal.

Red beans and rice is just like they make in Haiti! Sweet potato fries and regular fries are the best I've ever had... soft, but not mushy; firm, but not crunchy!

I had the lightly fried seafood combo...it was huge! Too much to handle. We also ordered the "frickles ", and my wife ordered a tuna sandwich

Get the frickles ! (Fried pickels ) also the back patio/bar area is great for chilling.

Their blackened chicken is always to die for. Tried the grouper entree for a dinner special – delicious!

Called ahead and seated when we arrived. Food was great, fresh fruit served with breakfast , the strawberries and melon was very sweet and fresh.

Great place for families (lots of variety, large portions , o.k. Prices) but the food itself is fairly generic. Not a whole lot of taste or originality.

Grouper is excellent, any kind of food you could want. My picky eaters were happy too.
