WiFi is free for basic. Nice fitness center , cardio machines and weights. Breakfast is pricey , paid $12 for oatmeal and coffee . Waitstaff were very friendly and got me a to go cup of coffee though.
Brilliant facility and confrence experience. The staff and service really sets this place apart . Highly recommend this hotel and confrence center.
One of the more uncomfortable hotel beds I've slept in. I had to call the front desk to make sure there was a comforter on the bed - there was, but it was flat like a sheet.
Rather than wait for a rideshare, just take a taxi . There’s always a line of them right on the sidewalk. All taxis take digital payments.
A good hotel near the Capitol and a Washington bikeshare Capital (rent a bike ). But the nearby neighborhood is Creepy (homeless and drugs users). Next to a Coner Bakery (very good)
Great location nest Capitol and Union station . Service good.. everyone is hospitable .
Stay 10th floor and above!! Hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are very nice
Liked the place, location was good, staff friendly and had a fantastic nights sleep in a very comfortable king sized bed . Disappointed with the lack of bar fridge though-is this normal in the US?
Had such a great time here during NYE 2014. Awesome party. Just pre-party a little at your room before going down. Semi-long bar lines .
The bread is really good multi grain fresh and light
Great hotel friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms.
Very nice hotel located close to the best sites to see in Washington.
Great hotel , but internet in the rooms should be free. There is not a lot of restaurant nearby...
Standard conference style hotel . Decent option for a lobby bar rendez vous
OMG The Line Wraps Around Building To Get Into Hotel
Great Hotel with nice staff .
Great Hotel with nice staff
All's good!
It's a good hotel on a good location! But the blackout curtain does not work at all and Regency Club is a joke (small, very busy and food takes forever to be replaced).
Best place to stay. Close to tourist sites and Metro.
A Smoke-Free hotel - so breathe deep!
Really unimpressed with this hotel . Location is close to Union Station , but also a homeless shelter . Don't expect your room to be cleaned everyday.
Ask for an upgrade to an executive suite , they are awesome!
Executive suite is pretty roomy ....flatscreen tv in the bedroom and living room!!!
Very friendly staff
Close to union station and the Capitol.
At bar Martinis are awful! But delicious cappuccino !
The shoe shine guy is phenomenal!
Breakfast much better than Art and Soul opposite: less fancy , but still nice.
Michelle... thanks for the tip! We had the pool temp checked and you're right! We're warming it up now. Thanks!!
The pool is pretty chilly. My kids wanted out after a few minutes-- water not warm enough. Seating area chilly for moms too.
Try the breakfast buffet
You can pay for the "high-speed" wifi , but it ain't happenin'. Can't imagine "standard" is much worse. Sigh.
Lobby is a like walking though a mine field when convrtions are in town .
Good breakfast
Nice, clean indoor pool here!
Use the electronic check in and check out. It runs a little slow but is faster than the line .
Try to get the Premier Suite. Awesome! And so roomy !
Article One restaurant has the best sweet potato fries I've ever had
If your room number ends in 66, change rooms, because they are very small and don't have a desk.
Eat breakfast at Art + Soul across the street. Similar prices but waaaay better food.
Front desk is under staffed. Waited on hold from room phone for 20 min.
Gift shop and restaurant WAY overpriced. $21.00 for a breakfast buffet ? $11.00 for 2 AA batteries? Really?? Really??
Wonderful escalators!
Hoping the fire alarm doesn't spur a 330 am evacuation again
Do not use the Valet service . They will lose your car.
Horrible night's sleep. Bed linens consist of a flimsy mattress pad, two flat sheets, uncovered duvet, and another flat sheet. No fitted sheet, so you wake up in a pile of lumpy sheets.
Staff could not have been any better!
I've been there for one night as I had to live close to train station , it was a NIGHTMARE! Scary location full of homeless, not friendly staff ! Except some receptionist . I never recommend it for any o
Nice stay!
Try the Salmon And Grilled Vegetable Salad - #tender #yummy - Robert Brecker
Booker's small batch bourbon is worth it. Make its double - Christopher Midden
Booked this place on Travelocity for $99.00 a night. Totally worth it. Great spacious room. Valet parking is a little high but for downtown DC you can not go wrong! - Janice Baldwin
One of the best hotels in DC. I can't go anywhere else. Great service and ambiance and within walking distance from everything. - Yolan Scott
Beautiful, clean, kind staff. Don't miss the cocktails at Quill, the hotel bar. - Henry Fawell
An institution! Great Irish music, outstanding service! - Commander J J Allan
Fast paced Starbucks, lines are long but move efficiently. Staff is friendly and professional. I cannot believe how many drinks they put out and still smile! - Priscilla Rawlins
