Great place to stay. Awesome customer service. Rooms: extremely nice and very comfortable and homy.

Ornate crown molding and glossy black wood-herringbone floors add luxe notes—there are even velvet footstools for your handbag , while the firelit rear chamber feels like a cocoon of privacy.

The renovated hotel pays luxurious homage to the president with Monticello-inspired design (parquet floors; toile de Jouy drapery ).

Best shrimp cocktail I've had in YEARS. The horseradish crème fraiche , cocktail sauce makes all the difference.
