Superior Service you walk away from the room beds are made new towels replaced. Historic Architecture . Steps away from the Whitehouse and close to tons of historic sites and Memorials & restaurants .

Concierge team are rockstars. Helped me with a random assortment of requests from medical items (bike injuries!) to date night prep (easel for a gift , glasses for sake, delivery for special desserts ).

Stayed here for the weekend with my fiancé, can't go wrong with any of the rooms. Bar is currently being renovated. One of the most luxurious hotels in the city !

If you're checking out before breakfast , ask for some pastries to go - they are to die for!

Quite possibly, the world's most civilized - and by extension most enjoyable - Negroni . Phenomenal!

Generations of presidents (Coolidge, Truman, Reagan) and stars such as Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor have checked in to the gray stone mansion, formerly the Carlton Hotel .

Truly one of the Best Hotels in DC . Hard to beat the service and amazing location.

Wonderful service and hotel . The best in DC. Restaurant is worth visiting!! Love it!

Our room - on the 7th floor - was awful. Overlooked an air shaft. Plastic protector on mattress so I sweated all night. Bathroom small and filled with doors that opened into each other.

If you need to work, you may want to ask reception to send you up a you proper desk chair. The decorative desk is uncomfortable.
