Location/staff/cleanness are good......wifi/rate are bad.....gym is one of the best gyms I have ever been to however it's not free for hotel guests it costs 15$ per day😩

This hotel is National historical building , so it cannot change anything outside. Elevators kinds show its age, but still operating and fast!

Booked this place on Travelocity for $99.00 a night. Totally worth it. Great spacious room . Valet parking is a little high but for downtown DC you can not go wrong!

The elevators are crazy fast! The staff is super friendly ! Beware of long wait time for the valet parking though. Enjoy your stay!

This is an unionized hotel . Your stay will support good union jobs with employees that make a living wage, and don't get replaced by minimum wage workers every year as is common in Hyatt Hotels .

Great location. Five minute walk to the White House . So many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Ginormous hotel . Super professional and helpful staff . Breakfast buffet is excellent, but overpriced. Eat breakfast outside with so many eateries nearby. Beds are super comfy .

I love this property. The location is perfect and the updates they are adding make this “the” place to stay in DC.

Hilton is the best - just flew in from nashville where we stayed at the homewood suite vanderbilt hotel !!! also super !!!

I was told by front desk that the promo code for free wifi at the comfort of your room is: memorial. He said that it's not member code and it was available for all who asked. Hope this is useful.

Close to all DC buildings and great for tourists ! Most of them walking distance!

Their bedding is pitiful! All flat sheets. The comforter is wrapped in two flat sheets. There is a flat sheet wrapped around the mattress rather than a fitted sheet. And they're scratchy sheets too!

There is a 24 hr parking lot off Desales and 17th that is 22$ for 24hrs if you don't want to valet for $50.

First time here: found this to be a beautiful hotel , great tasting food and very courteous staff . (Was here for multi-day meeting.)

There's cheaper parking at 1625 I St, just watch the garage 's hours of operation. The elevator 's are really fast!

Valet has increased to $47/day! Go down to M, past 17th Street for $22/day!!

Park at the nearby PMI garage at 17th & Connecticut for half the cost

Great hotel with lots of old charm.

No mini bar in room, if you want a drink make sure you hit the package store.

To be honest not that great. Nice rooms. But staff was terrible. They never answer the phone and told us incorrect information. Parking was very expensive . Talking to the manager soon.

They are currently doing a remodel during the day, which isn't a bad thing because the hotel is so old that the roomsare like closets.
